Attitude towards recurring customers has dwindled. Doesn’t keep change in the mornings...is that a tactic to gain more tips? I think so being she doesn’t take anything but cash. Dog has to be dropped off and then picked up right away which is super inconvenient if you have to work then 10 mins, 15 mins or 2hrs later you have to immediately pick up your pooch. She doesn’t communicate well what the procedure is so it makes planning your day impossible.

I have been taking my yorkie here for years and she gets so excited when i tell her she is going to Annies! She always looks so beautiful. I highly recommend Annie and so does my little Georgia!

I have been taking my dogs to Annie for 7 years.Annie does excellent work,her prices are good. My dogs are always beautifully groomed after a trip to see Annie. Annie is also very organized and dependable. She sets up the grooming schedule a year out and sends alerts the day before. Her place is very clean. I am so lucky to have found Annie!

Annie does a great job with our Shih-tzu mix at a great price! She's very friendly and does a great job. She gets booked out pretty far in advance, so you know she's good from that alone. We will be taking our dog here for years to come!

Annie is the best dog groomer is town hands down! I have been taking my shih-poo River to her since she was a pup (4 years now) and even started taking our newest puppy Weezy a year ago. The consistency with her cuts is impeccable and both dogs always come up smelling fresh and oh so cute! Annie has had over 20 years of experience which shows and she takes a lot of pride in her work. We love Annie and will continue to see her for as long as we can!

Annie has groomed our dogs many times and they love her it's evident! We have always been very pleased with her work as well as her professionalism, the cleanliness of her shop and her fair prices. We do not hesitate to refer our friends and family to Annie and would not entertain switching to or even trying another groomer! Annie treats her customers very fairly and she is the sweetest groomer I have gone to. My dog has never looked better and I am so glad we found her. My dog actually gets excited to go and get groomed. Annie is just wonderful and we are not going anywhere else!

I have been taking my dog to Annie for over a year now for grooming. The last 3 times I have taken my dog to her for grooming he became very nervous and anxious prior to arriving at her home. Today he was much worse and he began panting very hard as well as shaking. I have never seen him like this before. I mentioned this to Annie this morning upon my arrival and she explained that it is white dog syndrome. She suggested that I look it up when I get home. I explained to her that he's even doing this now when I give him a bath at home which I've done weekly since he was a pup and he's never done this before. She explained that it gets worse as they get older. I left it at that and didn't think anymore about it. When I came to pick him up later after his grooming she informed me that she would no longer groom my little Maltese since she felt I was accusing her of abusing my dog. I was quite surprised that she got that impression of our earlier conversation since I had never insinuated that to her at all. This reminded me of another incident quite some time ago when I had asked her to not cut his hair as short as she did the previous time since I like it a little longer. She gave me the impression that day that I offended her when I said this but I let it ride since I thought maybe she was having an off day. If you're considering this groomer please be aware that she does a nice job but keep any comments other than how nice your dog looks to yourself because she CANNOT take any criticism or small talk about your dog constructively. She internalizes everything and will drop you if she gets her feelings hurt or thinks you're accusing her of something. Someone said to me today after explaining this incident that perhaps she was feeling guilty I hadn't thought of it that way but perhaps it is for the best.
