My baby was very sick with bladder stones and needed to stay in the hospital for a few days to help get his kidneys back in good standing to get surgery for the stone removal. All the vets that were taking care of him over the course of 3 days were all super friendly and extremely knowledgeable as well as compassionate. My boys case ended up being a very complicated one with a very high price tag attached which we didn’t think we were going to be able to afford. However the vets helped us find a more affordable option to get him taken care of. They aren’t in it for the money here, they really care about the best for the animals and their owners alike. I don’t know if my boy would have made it if it weren’t the wonderful people that took care of him here.

We brought our dog that we had for 15 years to this hospital because she was sick. We were immediately greeted with open arms and unfortunately it was her time to go. We were not expecting the care and support that we received. We will forever be grateful for Dr Winger and her team. Thank you for making this difficult time as comforting as possible❤️

Caring and attentive. This has been by far the best emergency vet I have been too. My dog Bruno was seen quickly and was cared for. They explained everything to me and it was a bit cheaper than other hospitals around the area. He’s all better now and back to his normal self!

I am so impressed with the care and dedication that all of the staff showed my boy. The front desk, techs, and vet were all fabulous! The care and communication is perfect! I hope I never have to visit again, but if I do, I will definitely come there!

There are not enough good words to say about this wonderful clinic. One week before Christmas my sweet Pluto collapsed in my backyard as he was playing a friendly game of chase with the neighborhood squirrels. Unbeknownst to me he had a large mass around his heart. I quickly scooped him up and rushed him to AUC where I was met with the kindest most supportive vet & staff I could have asked for. They tried life saving measures and I was fortunate to have a few minutes to say goodbye to my boy with the staff supporting me. It was a sad, traumatic and totally unexpected day but they helped make it a bit easier. I will be eternally thankful for this amazing staff. 💔

I spent much of my day back and forth to Animal Urgent Care North East. My beloved cat Dewey was clearly in distress and it wasn’t looking good. Dr. Wilson and the staff at Animal Urgent Care were so kind to me during one of the hardest times of my life. Dr. Wilson called me with numerous updates throughout the whole day. She let me ramble on about my baby and listened intently, seemingly knowing that talking about the good times with him was therapeutic for me. I cannot say enough thanks and kind words about how empathetic, compassionate and just what an overall beautiful individual she is. Dr. Wilson made one of the worst days/choices of my life easier and having her in the room with me while my baby took his last breath was a blessing. If you find yourself in the worst position a pet parent can be in, just know if you go to Animal Urgent Care your baby (and you) will be treated with empathy and kindness throughout the whole process. The evening receptionist, Shontae, was so kind to me and offered me so many kind words and they were very appreciated. While my emotions from losing my baby are still so raw, I just knew I had to take a moment to again thank the staff for their kindness. Rest in peace to my sweet baby Dewey. ❤️❤️

We took our sick bulldog Pablo there, and unfortunately, he needed to be put down. Even though he was 13 years old, it was still unexpected. The staff and doctor were so very kind and supportive. I got his ashes back yesterday, and I feel like he was handled with the upmost care. The office even sent a sympathy card with the entire staffs hand written messages. We would definitely recommend this clinic. ❤️
