We decided to call around to find a new friend for our oldest son's guinea pig. Our younger son had gotten one from a different provider in the area for his birthday and unfortunately had his pass away after only a few weeks. We were so glad to find out Animal Kingdom not only sells guinea pigs, but they had a variety of options and they were well taken care of. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help! We were more than happy to support a locally owned business as an added benefit! We had never seen a chocolate guinea pig before and after much name discussion "Brownie" (after one of his favorite desserts) is now a welcomed addition. He is enjoying running around in their guinea pig habitat with his new brother and getting plenty of love from the kids. Looking foward to many years with this little guy and watching our kids enjoy being guinea pig owners!

Roxanne is absolutley the best with my less than stellar chihuahua Walter while getting his nails cut. He's a perfect little guy but absolutely has something against his nails getting trimmed. Roxanne was so sweet and patient with him. I would highly suggest giving them a try. Prices were very reasonable and no wait for a walk in in my case.

Went to look around and do some pet shopping, honestly didn’t like a lot of what I saw or my experience. Manager was rude, the snakes and reptiles were in shared and small enclosures that seemed wayyyy too small.

However, I will say when I talked to I think it was Connie? The groomer for inquiries she was super helpful and very kind. Definitely part of the better part of my experience. Had an easy time Getting what I needed though. Just didn’t like what I saw

The condition of this place is terrible. while we looked around we found several instances of mouse dropping and the enclosures of animals looked neglected. There was also incense burning which can be extremely harmful to animals lungs even deadly to too it off Roxanne who was the owner was incredibly rude she was fine one second but I witnessed her snapping at several people. All in all i wouldn’t recommend as there are many more well kept and kind places to bring your animals or go shopping in Pueblo.

We took our Oakley here after having problems at his groomer and we couldn't be happier! Oakley looks so handsome and didn't cry once during drop off or pick-up! He was terrified of his other groomer and I was afraid he wouldn't be able to go to another. The staff was so friendly and took great care of him! Thank you Animal Kingdom for all your help and love!

Terrible experience. The owner was extremely rude for no reason and so many of the animals were in poor condition, mainly some of the birds and the reptiles. It was also very dirty. Go to pet paradise where they actually care for their animals and they aren’t rude to you for no reason. Don’t support this place.

Amazing pet store so many cool things to see the owner is beautiful kind person who always treats you amazing knowledgeable friendly staff definitely a place to go for your first pet or to buy treats for the pets you already have
