We left our babies here today to get fixed and they were the sweetest! Jensen took care of our kitties and she did an amazing job of explaining everything and answering all our questions. I absolutely love and recommend this place especially for anyone that has a hard time trusting vets with their babies, they will reassure you and keep in contact with you when your animals are ready. They're amazing!!

I adopted a kitty from here, when I first got her it felt like she didn't like my home and missed the shelter. Because they have a super nice set up. The cat rooms they have are clean and colorful. What I'm most impressed with is the level of care they receive, all the way to grooming. They have professional, that you can tell really put they're heart into it, my cat felt like a cloud of silk. I've tried to wipe her down and she hates it. So I know she wasn't easy to clean, but she was immaculate when I adopted her.

My husband and I were bringing 11 cats/kittens and 4 puppy dogs to be rescued by their adoption agency efforts!! Staff were all friendly and you could tell how much they cared about animals and the work they are doing! So blessed we could be a part of saving lives🥰
The picture is a snapshot I took as we were leaving. Just made me think of the bright future the animals have now that they've arrived!

I recently adopted a 3 month old kitten from Animal Friends Alliance. While in the shelter looking at the cats, I noticed many of them were sneezing. I was a bit concerned, but figured it would probably be something they’d looked into. Another concerning thing was the use of nail polish on the ear tips to sort which cat was which. Many of the kittens had dry, hairless ear tips because of this.

I picked a kitten and put him on hold with the expectation that once his medical hold was up they would contact me. I wound up having to contact them and discovered my cat had been taken off medical hold the previous day and they hadn't made any effort to contact me.

We picked up the cat and were provided EXTENSIVE records for things he got treated for prior to me adopting him. He had been on numerous medications for a variety of things. We took him home and discovered he was still sneezing.

Within less than a week he started displaying more symptoms of respiratory issues, as well as an eye infection. Knowing he had been treated for many things prior, we contacted the shelter. They proceeded to tell us that any of the meds he’d been put on prior were preventative (an obvious lie based on his records), and that we could return him if we’d like. They were incredibly cold about the situation and offered 0 help despite the fact that he had been displaying symptoms before ever leaving their care.

Paying $250 for a shelter cat that’s had medical issues pushed under the rug is completely inexcusable. It’s not only predatory, but cruel to the animals. Upon going to the vet, the girl at the front desk told us she’s gotten multiple sick cats from that shelter, including ones that wound up having to be put down shortly after adoption due to medical neglect from this shelter.
