Every time I come here we’re always greeted and treated by the sweetest people. Had to bring the doggo in for the same reason both times and They're always very patient and understanding and actually listened to me when I talked to them about my girl. I never feel like they want to try and milk my wallet like I’ve heard in other horror stories about emergency vets. Both times payment has been pretty reasonable for what we needed. Hopefully we don’t need to anymore but if we do we will always come here!

Very kind and friendly. We brought my dog in when she was throwing up blood. The wait was a bit long but not unreasonable for an emergency room. My dog was very nervous so they let her stay with me as much as possible. The vet was very kind and knowledgeable. They wanted to find the underlying cause but didn’t do a ton of unnecessary tests. I was quiet pleased with our care (though I hope to never have to take my dog back)

We brought our sweet tortie here after she stopped eating or drinking. After testing revealed she was experiencing severe pancreatitis, she spent 4 days and 3 nights receiving treatment. The whole ordeal was very scary, but made so much better knowing she was in such good hands. We received regular updates and I especially appreciated that we were able to visit her. Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. After her release we have continued working with their internal medicine department which has also been a lovely experience. Emmy is very happy to be home and feeling much better.

After taking my dog (Turkey) to the Animal Emergency & Specialty Center in Parker, CO, after hours on a Friday night for a little pet emergency, I will say we were more than impressed with the entire process and staff. The wait time, the genuine treatment and care for our dog, the knowledge we gained and the low costs - we will never even consider another urgent care/after hours facility for our dog! From our first call to ask some questions, to leaving the center on a Friday night - we were blown away with the level of service and care. They treated us as professionally and as kind as could be, entire staff was more than friendly and very knowledgeable, the doctors and technicians sincerely cared for us and our dog, and the cost of care was positively surprising to say the least. This place rocks. I HIGHLY recommend the Animal Emergency & Specialty Center for all of your pet's urgent care and after hours treatment. Love this place. Customer for life.

So grateful for the staff at the Animal Emergency & Specialty center. Unfortunately, the first two times we visited we did not go home with our dogs but the staff are all so caring and have had such attention to detail during those hard times. It was more than to be expected for someone who wasn’t our regular vet. This last visit was a much better visit. We came home with our dog along with a good prognosis and no issues at all. The staff was so kind and so thoughtful and so quick to treat what was going on it just reassured me that my dog, which is my family, is in great hands when he’s there.

We had to bring our small dog here on a Friday at 10 pm as a result of being attacked by our big dog when we weren't home. We had many emotions regarding the situation. We were greeted with compassion, understanding, and kindness, as well as excellent and professional care. Our dog was cared for, medicated, stitched up, and released back into our care within 2 hours. The staff truly made our sad and urgent situation the most pleasant it could possibly be. The cost was less than we expected. We're pleased to announce our little dog is happy and thriving. They even provided guidance for us in selecting an appropriate muzzle for our big dog to protect our little dog when we're away. We HIGHLY recommend this emergency vet care.

I recently had to take my dog into the urgent care, and the staff was extremely friendly and understanding and helped make our experience amazing! My dog was scared to be in the back without me, but he found a technician that he really liked and she stayed with him the whole entire time throughout his whole procedure, which gave him comfort, which then intern gave me comfort, knowing that I had brought my dog to the right spot. They really do truly care about the animals and the pet parents!

Our dog needed some urgent care on a Saturday evening and the team at AESC did such an amazing job getting him taken care of. Everyone was so nice and helpful through the whole process. They provided an upfront estimate which was super reasonable for the cost and they even adjusted it down after identifying exactly what they needed to do to fix up our dog which tells me they run an honest operation too. I couldn’t be more impressed and thankful for the team for getting our dog back to normal again. Thank you!
