Amy grooming is the best groomer for pets . If you need a good grooming I suggest you come here and trust the heart . I trust my heart to come her and once again they did good job with my pets dog Milo and fluffy they did amazing job. I didn’t know one of my neighbors told me to come here they did a great job. Which they did a good job I give them a five star because they deserve it. If you have any animals please trust them they did good job. Please do not missed out.

I have brought my pups here a few times…did good enough to bring back again and again but this time I am extremely unhappy…my female they cut her eyelashes off!!!!!! And cut straight across under her eye, it looks terrible. My boy, his face is crooked and uneven plus has a cut near his back leg. $300 for both dogs including tip which they did not deserve!!! Horrible!!!

As a new dog owner, I was extremely nervous taking my baby to any groomer. They got him in the same day! They went over with me the length and made sure I was comfortable with it. I know with it being his first cut he might get scared, and he was when I left, but he was calm when I picked him up, he looks ADORABLE! and the staff were very friendly and nice! On top of all that the cost was amazing! And he got a cute bandana! I can’t wait to bring him back

We took our three little dogs to this groomer. Our little one year old puppy came back with a huge wound in his back left paw. We heard the puppy scream and cry from our car parked outside! She never mentioned anything when she called me to pick him up, or even when I showed up to the business. The puppy seemed sad all afternoon and we could not figure out what was wrong. He kept licking his paw but would not let us touch him or see him.

I was referred here by my moms colleague and wanted to check out a new pet grooming spot so I called and was able to come in immediately.

After a few hours my dog was ready for pick up and seemed very happy with the treatment and so I was happy. The only issue I had was my dog did seemed to be shaved very close in some areas and nails were not clipped but overall was very happy with the treatment of him since he is a older dog.

They unfortunately misplaced my dogs collar but I saw their eagerness to try and find it and was assured they would call me if it was found. I appreciate their professionalism with handling that and I appreciate the overall care they took with pets as well. They even had fans blowing on the dogs to help cool them down which I thought was great.

Update: After the initial first day they found my dogs collar and was happy to hear from them. Told them I would be there after 4 because I was at work and couldn't make it and also asked about nails not being clipped and was told they couldn't clip them because he was moving to much. I was sad to hear this because I've never had this issue before at any other grooming spots and now he has different length nails. Anyways when I went to go pick up the collar they were already closed. I arrived at around 4:20pm and they close at 5pm. Unfortunately this combined with everything else I don't think I will come here again.
