My 3.5 year old dog started having extreme anxiety whenever I left the house in the morning or evening. He would work himself into such state that it would take hours for him to stop panting and fully relax again once I got home. Nothing I tried helped him any. Amy was absolutely great and helped me learn how to work with and communicate with Merlin in ways that he understands.Through our sessions with Amy, he has done a complete 180 from where he was a few months ago and is showing levels of comfort with his kennel and when being home alone that he never expressed before. I’m very thankful to have been able to work with Always Faithful and Amy, they’ve helped Merlin and I more than I could’ve imagined was possible!

Called to get information about PSD training and the person that answered my call was not kind. He told me that my breed of dog is not allowed to be a service animal (according to the ADA, he has no restrictions in becoming a service animal), he asked what tasks I need completed and disabilities (which meant disclosing my personal health information before even securing training), and was quite rude overall. I contacted another service provider afterword and had no issues whatsoever- they even pointed out how ADA protects me from the questions and treatment I received from this program. Truly disappointed and feeling quite disrespected.

Amy is amazing! She worked miracles for my dog, who has issues with reactivity (barking, jumping) when he sees big dogs on walks. I can now walk him during busier times of the day and even in the park without much issue, and he does a nice polite sit when asked instead of going wild when we see another dog. I'm so happy and proud of his progress, and cannot say enough about how great Amy was to work with!

I have had the privilege to work with Jason twice as I was starting the journey of finding a new addition to my existing pack. He not only assisted me with training a potential adoptee but he also advised me on finding the right dog that would fit. After following his guidance, I found Duke and Jason naturally was my first call to help me socialize and obedience train my new puppy. He provided me with details on crate and potty training which proved effective that by 4 months of age, my puppy was fully crate and potty trained. After completing his puppy vaccines, Jason then boarded, socialized and trained Duke and the difference has been very apparent. Duke is no longer afraid of cars, walks very well on a leash, and is responding to basic commands. Jason not only provided me with tools moving forward on how to reinforce training but he also gave me encouragement and confidence on how to be a better leader to my pets. His attention to detail and willingness to put in the time to listen to your concerns and speak with you is what would lead me to work with him again and again for all my pup training.

Jason is professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was just amazing. The first day he worked with my Cane Corsa Sasha and I demonstrated to me that he knows what to do and was able to teach me to be the leader instead of Sasha leading me as she has done in the past. I love Sasha and I had a tendency to let her get away with mostly everything. She started being very disobedient and that became annoying. I say this to say, that sometimes it is more important to train the adult than to train our pet especially if we are trying to be in control verses being controlled. I would definitely recommend this company for any puppy/dog training needs.

It was such a pleasure working with Amy. She came to our home where Cali most needed it for basic obedience training and a one hour special class for food aggression. Our pup took great to her guidance right away and showed great improvement as of day one. Cali was a wild and spunky young girl, now she’s spunky and so well mannered, she and we learned so much. I searched and searched, I probably visited almost every trainers sight in the north MS area/Memphis area. I choose Always faithful after speaking with Jason bc I was comfortable with their approach about building a guidance with your dog and pack. And I have to say I was impressed on how good just the first session Cali did. We too have learned so much and were able to hear on what I needed improvement on.
