I was given an appointment for 11AM. Dropped my dogs off on time. I received a phone call at 3PM stating they would not be able to get to my dogs today. My dogs were placed in small crates in a very warm room for 4 hours with no water .I won't be back. Previously when they were groomed here my dogs weren't even completely dry and nails barely touched

Worst and our first experience at a groomers. I will not recommend this place to anyone! I and my dog were petrified at how she was handled and treated. How is this place still running, yet alone got past any building codes? It’s gross and their own personal dogs all day, and their customers dogs are locked in kennels with no water. My dog is 40lbs. She had super glue on her paw from chewing the lid off. But, whoever in their right mind as a “ PROFESSIONAL “ groomer decides to put BLADE cleaner on a open wound, on a dog, is beyond me. They aren’t able to handle a scared, squirmy dog correctly, instead they just held her forcefully on her back end and mouth/face. She was so scared. Not to mention the big dogs running around in her face and crying/barki in kennels, all while strangers are grabbing her..They didn't connect her harness to the leash chain or anything. And then recommended DENTAL swabs to clean her open wounds on her paw. I just will never go back and I hope no one else ever has an experience like this.

I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. Very professional, reasonably priced and i absolutely love the care my dog gets while he’s there. He comes in looking like a mountain dog and comes out looking fresh and clean!!
