Finding the best vet is just like finding the best primary care doctor: it's important and very personal.
I've had many pets and I've moved plenty over the years, so I've experienced the good, the bad, and the excellent. Alldredge Vet is and will be our "forever" vet for our fur babies!
Dr. Benji and Dr. Katie are excellent, as are Beth and Judy; everyone is like an extended family loving your pets almost as much as you do!
The clinic is quaint, big enough to do what's needed (full-service, including surgeries); too small to accommodate others... So you wait outside until it's your turn. They have a clean porta potty available if needed (it's clean - I used it!). If any of this turns you off, then look elsewhere. Personally, I prefer excellence for my fur babies, and I don't care about the country-nature of the waiting area!
I greatly appreciated learning about the different ways to address heartworm and flea prevention: from cost differences to how often they need to be administered - I chose the method that was best for us. (Regretfully angry from other vet experiences that offered only 1 or 2 options as "this is how WE do it").
From making appointments and reception, to talking with the staff & doc, to the updates (post surgery) and check-ins after, and the overall care and recommendations, and to the cost/payments: all 5 stars!
Alldredge Vet also does house calls! My first experience using Alldredge was sadly to help our senior dog cross the Rainbow Bridge. It was "time" (as she stopped eating and could no longer walk without assistance), and I wanted her to pass in the comfort of home. OMG, I didn't expect a eulogy, but Dr. Benji's words were better than I've heard at funerals! This was the most meaningful goodbye I've ever experienced. They were so patient and caring, truly exuding peace and love.

Services that we've received from Alldredge (thus far): house call for euthanasia, annual checkups and vaccinations, neutering of a dog, micro-chipping, nail clipping, heartworm/flea control (this review likely will be updated when something different occurs). We have 1 dog and 2 cats... Another dog will soon be added, and there's no question who'll be the vet!

Alldredge Vet Services is absolutely top-notch. Highly recommended!

They lost my already lost pet and made me jump through hoops to try to get her back. Took 10 days and 2 police reports to get their cooperation. Hopefully your lost pet don’t make it into the hands of these incompetent individuals.

Response EDIT: I called at least 15 lawyers. Trust me if I had a case you would be in court as we speak. You guys took almost 10 days to help me in finding my cat. You were rude. Incompetent and quite frankly unapologetic. Your fake attempts to make yourself look like compassionate people is a facade completely. You know damn well you made me jump through those hoops so you wouldn’t be liable for your neglect and incompetency. I have no nice words for any of you.

Our GSD Stella was feeling under the weather. Being a first time patient I was amazed they saw our Stella that day. Dr. Katie and Judy have taken such good care of Stella and us for that matter. Super grateful, we know our Stella is in the best hands. All four of our fur babies have found their forever Veterinary.

Thank you to the most wonderful, caring, compassionate people. Dr. Katie and Judy went above and beyond today for our Willow (Yellow Lab) and have her on the way to feeling better. They also helped us through a very tough time back in January when we lost our other Lab Simba to cancer. They called and checked on her and they even sent a sympathy card after she passed. We just can't say enough about Dr Benji, Dr Katie and all the staff at Aldredge Veterinary Services. Would give 10 stars if we could.

Very caring people. Had to put one of ours down recently and they were very understanding and supportive. Always friendly during our visits.

We had an emergency with our pet dog. I called their office to make an appointment and Dr. Benji wanted to see our dog right away.
I drove our sick dog to see Dr. Benji and with the assistance of Beth, his Vet Tech, they got our dog back to eating again.
Dr. Benji gave her a couple of shots and 2 cans of Science Diet i/d.
Our dog ate good for a couple of mornings! She looked for the science diet food after they were gone.
One more thing, Dr. Benji called the night after the office visit and wanted to know how our dog was doing. Now, that’s above and beyond caring for our pet. He cares a lot about the health of our dog and that’s quintessentially what a country vet should be!

Had to put a horse down yesterday. Never easy. But Dr Alldredge (Katie) and Judy went to great lengths to help make the unbearable, bearable. Their compassion, kindness, and empathy could not be more appreciated. They are both true credits to their professions.
