I used to shop here exclusively my my cats raw food needs. They were great.

However, I work 3 jobs and the hours here are TERRIBLE. I got off my morning shift and rushed over. I got there at 4:07 and they were closed already. There's no other day I can get here before 9PM and my cat is out of the product I needed due to a delay in the order I placed. Without the ability to pick up our special order, we will be out of his milk until the other store we special ordered from has it come in. I can't say that I will be back in good faith since they don't care to cater to anyone who works in life. Sad, but my business is going elsewhere.

This place has the friendliest customer service! Have been taking our doggies Emma & Cody there for years for their nail clippings and Anna is the best! She does a fantastic job on them both every time! And they have great dog treats & food at a reasonable price.

We used to be home bathers for our puppies but once we brought him into the shop we knew we never wanted to deal with the cleanup at home alone! Great service and always helpful with questions or carrying dog food out to the car. Also a great place for nail trimming! They train their people well and they know how to handle scared puppies. Also great selection of dog and cat food. More grain free options than I've ever seen.
