THANK YOU, TAMMIE! We purchased Blaze from All Star Basenjis and we could not be happier. Tammie referred us to an awesome transportation service and our new fur baby was delivered to us from Arkansas to Ohio. Tammie kept us up to date with each and every move that was made throughout the entire process. We took him to the vet and everything checked out perfectly with Blaze. He's microchipped and a member of the AKC in which I was advised, by Tammie, to get everything switched over to me and I did. All and all, if you or anyone that you know is looking for a Basenji puppy, Tammy, from All Star Basenjis, is the person to call.

Dumped 8 puppies to a puppy mill rescue… Also breeds multiple other breeds of dogs without care for the animals, most of her dogs die young of cancer.
Update: Are you seriously using your daughters health as an excuse for abusing your show dogs? You aren't denying it either. Should I be able to dump all my pets bc of my severe health problems? According to good old Tammie thats perfectly fine dog ownership let alone breeding. Any basenji lover should contact BRAT before contacting you. Im sure they love you and they would be so surprised to see a backyard hound breeder from one of the highest crime rate cities in one of the poorest states is a criminal.
Tammie Winkley you brag about how your name has weight in the show world, but why dont you want me showing the world the real you, the mike vick of tossing basenjis to the curb?

If I could give this breeder a negative 5 I would! I bought a pup from her several years ago.. B pups shouldn’t smell bad but this one did. Needless to say I kept the pup and felt that I rescued him from her. She say she would meet me instead of me coming to her place to see the parents. I feel it is nothing but a puppy mill and I feel so sorry for the animals in her possession. I just think anyone looking for a basenji … do your research on this person… her last name and the name of her site have changed a few times .. that should be a red flag.

This is a back yard breeder, she just turned over several basenjis who were needed baths, they have never been touched or loved on. The poor things have a fear of human but there is a great rescue group helping these pups now. This lady needs to be shut down

I bought my Basenji from Tammy last year. Zola is the most adorable, affectionate dog. Tammy was very professional and helpful during the sale of Zola. I would highly recommend this place to purchase your Basenji.

I had a Fanconi Basenji dog for over 10 years. She was diagnosed at 6 months and lived a very healthy life with some supplements.

I'm still waiting after a month for the AKC registration application papers that were said to be in a folder envelope attached to the airline kennel with the puppy and they were not. I paid in full for the puppy so the papers should of been shipped with the puppy. I still am trying to get the paperwork, it's a new story of why I don't have the paperwork yet... If you can get a hold of her.. so if you read this review, Tammy, it would be nice if you would settle with me, instead of going to court. O

A good experience overall with the breeder of Basenjis. It would be nice to see more updates online but I can understand the challenge of managing so many young pups. My puppy was very healthy and the breeder was very friendly while I picked him up. She answered all the questions I had and if I were to get another dog I would get it from All Star.

Sold us a sick Fanconi puppy two months old already spayed when she got to us from this breeder..very sad situation disease developed at 5 years old..test confirmed was born with Fanconi from AKC.

Response to below comment from all star basenjis:

.When our dog got sick we contacted Tammy, and she never responded to our emails it was when our dog showed the first signs of Fanconi at five years old...she never told us or gave us any information about our dog parents.. we trusted her since we have bought two other dogs from her a few years earlier...it is disgusting and very sad..

Sadly today 4/28/2021 our dog died from Fanconi.. our dog was eight years old we are heartbroken and hoping no one buy a dog from this breeder..

I have copies of the AKC dna results showing my dog was born with the Fanconi..
