The haircut was actually nice on my small dog, but he did come back with a weird stench—maybe the smell of the shampoo? Not sure, but it was unpleasant for a couple of days. However, the customer service was poor. This establishment is cash-only, but did not inform us until the last moment. I called to make an appointment (no mention of their policy, despite me telling them it was my first time). They called me to confirm the day before my appt. (Again no mention of the cash-only policy). Then my husband dropped him off, and when he told them our dog’s name, they said: “oh so you’re the new dog.” But again, I stress—they still didn’t mention the payment policy, despite knowing we had never been before. So my husband goes to pick up the dog, hands them the card, and then the staff pulls a notice from UNDER the counter that reads; cash only. Why wasn’t the sign posted and visible? Why wasn’t it mentioned during any of the 3 times that we interacted beforehand? It’s very frustrating to have to go and find an ATM when you’re on a timed schedule, to then have to come back to get your dog. The staff was quite unpleasant during the exchange as well. It’s 2023, cash-only policies are very dated. But if you must, at least inform people. Disappointing first time experience for sure!

Great service! My dog Bella was a client here for years. But now my sweet Harley visits about once every 2 months. The staff is very friendly and good with dogs. The pricing is very reasonable. I would recommend to family and friends.

Amazing!! Took my dog to get his nails cause he was very aggressive and they handled him extremely well got it done and only charged us $10 most definitely will be returning and recommended to anybody that we know

6/14/23 i took my 2yr shih tzu Princess to be groomed here, since iv'e had her she has been groomed at two other places in town, overall this is the best grooming she has had, i am very happy Princess is happy too, i will return

Had my dog's nails trimmed. She cut the quick twice and was giggling
Very disappointed with the way she reacted to causing pain to an animal. I was charged 7 dollars the 1st time I went there and when the groomer nicked my dog she was apologetic and concerned. I understand it is hard to judge how much to clip but after the first mistake I expect the groomer to err on the side of caution . I will not be going back

We go there to get our dog's nails clipped, quick, inexpensive and quality service. The groomer there is very kind, welcoming, patient, and professionally gentle with the dogs. And she deals with dogs of all sizes. I would definitely recommend this place!
