Incredible customer service. Another company we had set a humane skunk trap with confirmed only upon their pick up that they euthanized. Fortunately they allowed us to find another company to relocate to a safe location. I called at 9 am and was pleased that they picked up after the first ring. They got in touch with a guy that was in the area who was at the house within 20 minutes of my initial call. He was kind, quick, informative, and in and out within 10 minutes. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for not only humane trapping but more importantly, appropriate relocation services.

These guys are amazing! They id’d my critters under the house by the scat. They perfectly positioned the trap and we caught one a day until they were gone! The All City crew picked up the trapped animals promptly and rebaited the trap. I highly recommend All Cities Animal Trapping!

When I trapped a possum in my yard, I discovered that it is illegal to relocate wildlife without a permit so I had to hire someone who could do that. All City came the same day I called and relocated the animal. The price was provided on the phone when I called about their services.

We're in a large semi-detached house and had a squirrel problem. We weren't sure where the problem originated. (Hint: it was the neighbors' house!) In the end, we didn't really care where the problem originally started, we just wanted it solved.

All city Animal Trapping came out for a visit and dealt with everything promptly. A good man named Steve from the company was very courteous and kind. It took him 3 hours to complete the job. Very efficient!

I had a big gopher problem that was getting worse and worse. I had never needed to call someone for animal trapping, but found All City, online read the reviews, and agree that they did a great job. Travis trapped 9 gophers over 6 weeks, and was a pleasure to deal with. He seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy from the beginning, and was polite and communicative throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend him and would use him again.

I called All City Animal Trapping and Riley called me the next day ( I called around 5pm the day before). I was so happy they called me first thing during my morning. Riley came out the same day and gave an estimate for my Bat problem around my home and window shutters. The estimate I have to say was fair for the work that needed to be done. Thank you Trappers for having an awesome employee that was honest and professional as well as him being knowledgeable about wild animals! You guys will always be our “go to” guys for our wildlife issues here in Rancho Etiwanda Estates for me.

All City Animal Trapping was prompt and efficient at setting up cages, picking up critters, phone calls and follow up. I would recommend if you have critter problems. My issue was several skunks.
