I love Nancy & Ashley! I have been using them for 4 years. They do amazing grooms with my Yorkie & Standard Poodle. And if you need to get in sooner than your appointment day, they always work it out to get you in sooner. Highly recommend!

Scheduled an "appointment" to have our goldendoodle groomed. When we arrived we were told they wanted to keep him in a kennel for 4 hours. I asked if I could simply see the area they wanted to keep him in. I was told "the insurance wouldn't allow me to view it." We rescheduled for the next day so that he could be done at his actual appointment time. Hours later I received a facebook message saying

"Hey! I was talking with my mom Nancy and we think a mobile groomer would be best for what you're looking for. Someone that doesn't need to kennel and you can usually wait with them while they're being groomed. I have heard great things about zoomin groomin, they are mobile."

I reiterated I was uncomfortable with them keeping him in an area that they weren't willing to show me. HUGE red flag.

Also, don't make an "appointment" because after scheduling the first "appointment" and then rescheduling for the second "appointment" they messaged me saying:

No ma'am, that's not the way our grooming shop works. We are both full time and we don't groom by appt"

Nancy does AMAZING on my cocker spaniel Maisie everytime I take her , not only that but she is super super sweet !! My Maisie loves her 🩷 I recommend this groomer to litterally everyone with fur babies !

Nancy was amazing with my little fellow and he was in very rough condition when I took him to her, as soon as she took him in her arms I could tell he was comfortable and when I picked him up he was a happy camper comfortably roaming around her yard. I really appreciated her for taking me when I was in a crunch and also being so kind and humble. Despite my dogs condition which consisted of matting and really long nails etc Nancy was still so reasonable with her prices! Thanks Again and We'll be back!

Posting this for a friend: my friend went here earlier, and this is what happened to his dog. She is a golden retriever. My friend wanted a trim for his dog. He specifically said a trim. This is how his dog came back. Shaven. Any groomer should know that golden retriever should not be shaved. Especially during the summer because that can cause skin problems and sun burns to happen. Not only was the dog shaved, her quip got cut and the dog was BLEEDING. So much so that it had to be wrapped twice over to protect the dogs paw. I don’t understand how someone could do this to a dog and think it is okay and would be willing to put their name on it. On top of that, the lady forgot to give my friend the collar back. I don’t recommend this person at all, and advise anyone to stay away. This poor dog is in pain because of what was done.

Nancy bathed and clipped the nails of ou ZACK for a very good price. We had to return him to shelter-he was just too much for us old folks. We checked on him after a few days, and he had already been rehomed. We will always love him. It makes me cry to talk about him. 4 stars, because nobody's perfect. But, Nancy comes close.

My first experience was wonderful she did my first baby so good and she is very sweet and nice person and she really cares about your fur babies I would never take my baby back to PetSmart she will go to miss Nancy from now on thank you Nancy you did such a great job I'm so happy!!!!
