Bridget and her team have been a wonderful addition to our and our pups lives. We had a difficult time with training our boy with high separation and crate anxiety. Due to my remote work scheduling, he was required to spend time kenneled and it was very difficult for us all. After a few desperate attempts, we came into contact with Bridget. She was more than happy to help us and picked up the mantle to give our boy the attention and care he truly deserved. I bring him to her regularly for stay and train while I am away from home at work and the results are phenomenal. we still have a long road ahead to repair some of the damage from past boarding experiences but he is eager to work and loves to be a part of the group at Alaska board and train. I wouldn’t send my boy anywhere else after everything we’ve experienced. I love my pets as family, and Bridget and her team treat my boy as family.

With tears in my eyes as I write this, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to express my gratitude enough for Brigitte.

About a month ago, I came across a dog from a previous litter of mine at Animal Control. Without hesitation, I brought him home. We quickly found out that he wasn’t friendly towards other dogs when he attacked my other dog. A person was caught in the crossfire, and both human and dog had to receive emergency medical treatment.

Concerned that this dog was a lost cause and would never work through his dog-aggression, I began looking for other homes and considering behavioral euthanasia. I received nearly 100 comments and messages stating that he needed to be put down.

With nowhere else to go, I reached out to Brigitte. Immediately, she called me and spoke with me for over an hour, walking me through steps on helping this boy. She was incredibly knowledgeable and confident that as long as she was able to train me, we could train him.

Today, we went for our first walk through Lowes. We encountered four dogs total (3 with muzzle on, 1 outside without muzzle). Not once did my boy bark, growl, or exhibit any signs of aggression. I was quickly able to get his attention back on me and even got him to lay down with another dog only 10 feet away.

While this is going to be a lot of work, requiring long term consistency, I could never be more thankful for all of Brigitte’s help and guidance. She saved this boy’s life and helped set us on the right path.

Bubba was rehomed to me. I knew he had great potential but we both needed guidance. The Lytle's and their trainers are amazing! Bubba and I are able to do all the things that create a better bond. I am pleased to be able to trust that my dog will listen and follow my lead in all situations. It is the training and passion for dogs that the Lytle's bring to the sessions! They are professional, encouraging and knowledgeable.

They definitely love the breed and have quality dogs. It's a family business. The parents do some training (but I never found a way to connect with them) & the teen daughter also. I only gave them 3 stars due to my experiences training with Destiny. She is still a teen and understandably can act her age with drama on FB, she cancels classes with short/no notice, slams past clients she doesn't agree with or watch out if you ever decide to try another trainer (your name will be blasted on social media) and other trainers/breeders are often too. Plus, never say you don't want to drive 2hrs round trip for training or you are labeled a bad dog parent. She has a passion for the dogs, does competition and truly can help with the basics but you must be willing to accept what comes with working with a teenager. Even a nice one.

Let me start this off by saying I have been truly blessed to have met this family.
I am lucky enough to be able to work with all three of the Lytle trainers.

Destiny has taken the time and patience to not only train my Chihuahua mix, but me as well in agility. Now she’s teaching Zender (who is the son of her male, Ven) and I how to have fun while training. She has such a great talent for building confidence in humans that it reflects in their dogs. At 26 years old, I’m doing activities I never thought I’d be able to do. Thank you so very much Destiny, you’re helping me grow and change into a more confident, fun, and brave individual.

Brigitte has been wonderful. When I started asking her questions about getting a dog from her, she invited me out to watch protection, as that’s my main goal with wanting a German Shepherd. She has answered every question I’ve asked (and trust me, there’s been many!). She is such a great person who truly loves the dogs she trains and breeds.
Not only has Brigitte took the time to explain dog training scenarios, answer any and all questions, show me her breeding dogs, etc. she has also opened my world up to Doterra oils. Which has truly changed my life. She is just a great person to know and I’m so very thankful she breeds and trains such great, healthy, wonderful dogs.

Shaun is just as great as his wife, Brigitte, and daughter, Destiny. He makes training fun, but educational. I have never felt like I’ve been talked down to or silly for asking a question. He knows what to do to bring out the confidence in dogs and their handlers.
So to rap this up, because I could go on and on about how great this family is, I’m going to say I highly recommend them for training and I would not want to go to anyone else for a German Shepherd or training (unless recommended by them).

P.S. My Shepherd I got from them is so very smart, willing to learn and work with me, so loyal, and handsome to look at. He’s already such a great dog, I can’t wait for our future together as well as our future with the Lytles!

Privileged to receive two males from the Lytle's. Verro...simply amazing in all aspects, Odin...slow learner, but a wonderful family companion. Please consider when selecting your new working family member.
