I am deeply disappointed with the cleaning services provided by Affordable Cleans. I hired her to clean my property on or about 7/29/24, expecting a thorough and professional job, but what I received was far below acceptable standards.

From the start, it was clear that the level of care and attention to detail was sorely lacking. Several areas of my home were either inadequately cleaned or completely overlooked. Please refer to the attached pictures as a reference.

Upon noticing these deficiencies, I reached out to Charlee to address the issues. She initially agreed to return and rectify the situation but failed to follow through. My calls went unanswered, with the excuse that she had lost her phone. When I contacted her via email, I received empty promises to return and correct the issues, yet no proposed date was ever provided. This lack of communication and follow-up was highly unprofessional.
Due to her failure to return and address the deficiencies, I was left with no choice but to hire another cleaner to do the job correctly. Given the circumstances, I believed a partial refund would have been a fair resolution, which is what I asked for.

As a landlord with a small portfolio of rentals in Arkansas, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness is not just a preference but a necessity. My tenants expect to move into homes that are impeccably clean, and this service did not meet the standard required. I have attached photos to this review to provide visual evidence of the areas that were neglected, further highlighting the subpar service provided.

I sincerely hope that Affordable Cleans takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve the quality of their work and their customer service. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service to others. Potential clients should be aware of these shortcomings and the lack of professionalism before making a decision.

It should also be noted that these photos are date and timestamped as well as well as our text message and email conversations containing the photos.

Prices reflect their business name, affordable and the quality is top notch. Best cleaner we have ever had !! We r absolutely in love i have a deep cleaning yearly on our home but never happy until Ms Charlee Landee came she did a real old fashion deep cleaning she took the eye abd pans put on the stove mafe then new cleaned the oven not once but 3x !!! She did my baseboards i was like so amazed that someone cleaned lije my granny she organized my kitchen she took a few hours longer than anyone else but that is the difference Im talking about ! Please please try her if ur looking for real okd fashion cleaning look no further ! Ceiling fans dine ac vent closet done ! I can go on but the best i post pics when i get home !
