A&A Pet Supply is hands down the best pet store I’ve ever been to! The entire staff is incredibly helpful and kind, but the real heart of this shop is the owner, Sarah. She is one of the most knowledgeable, genuine, and caring people you could ever hope to meet when it comes to pet care. I get everything for both my cat and dog here—high-quality food, enrichment toys, healthy training treats, and all the gear like harnesses, lickimats, and training gear, they have the most extensive selection. Recently, my cat has been very sick and I was struggling to get her to eat. Sarah went above and beyond to help me figure out options to entice her to eat, offering thoughtful recommendations and sharing her deep expertise. Her kindness and support have meant the world to me. I was also blown away to learn that A&A Pet Supply offers special after-hours visits for reactive dogs, giving them a safe and positive way to experience the store without stress. Came in needing something for our dog, a bit reserved because I was not looking forward to spending a lot. The gentleman at the counter showed us many options and price points for what we were looking to do which was a fantastic experience. We ended up saving a little bit of money and got a way better product than we were originally intending on getting. Can’t recommend this location and the employees enough.

Stopped by to get a dog toy for our golden retriever. Nice store, but worst service ever by the cashier (male, dark hair, mid-20s). No hello, thank you or anything. I'm surprised he answered price questions. Local, but won't be back.

I received excellent service today choosing a pair of boots for my 10 month old Aussiedoodle who had been getting hard little balls of snow up in between his pads. The boots are so easy to put on, and worked great for him both jumping around in feet of snow and playing fetch at top speed in a snowy parking lot. I couldn’t be more pleased!! (Great selection of chewy treats and toys too!)

We adopted a doggie and were given a coupon for a dog wash, free dog tag and 20% off our first purchase. Not knowing what to expect as “new customers”, I must say we were blown away!
The knowledge and information we received plus the seemingly endless supply of encouragement made us so happy. We even had help in the dog wash area. Highly recommended to any pet owner!! We will be life long customers!

I just had my little dog groomed by Sierra. She is such a joy to work with and very professional. Bitsy loves going to see her and have a spa day with Sierra. She always comes out looking fabulous and strutting her stuff.
If you need your dog groomed look at going to the girls at A&A in Frisco.

I would highly recommend A&A Pet Supply for grooming services. Annie, my Hungarian Puli (aka the mop dog) was groomed by Sierra. She was kind, professional and best of all, Annie did great under her care. Annie will definitely be going back to see Sierra again. I would recommend her to anyone looking for to have their dog groomed.

Hands down the best pet store in Summit County. Sarah is an expert and so knowledgeable when it comes to food questions. Great staff and so many yummy treats, doggy supplies. The dog bath is great too! WOOF WOOF!
