I LOVE this place. I have a Standard Poodle who I do shows with and they have always done a wonderful job helping me maintain Opals coat and keeping her in a breed appropriate trim. They where also super helpful with giving me advice on proper coat care and ideas to help fix any issues I had. 10/10 would highly recommend them. Also I do weekly maintenance baths on my dog and when in full show coat can take upwards of 3 hrs just for the bath/blow dry and brushing so I don't know what magic they have there but they were able to do it all and have her looking 10 times better in like 2 hrs and I strive to be that good ?. Thank you Sharon and team for all your help with my Hurricane Opal. I only wish you were closer to me!

I have been getting my Yorkie groomed here since 2016. My parents had getting their Yorky groomed at yuppie puppy since about 2010. After the passing of my parents, Yorkie, I continue to patronize yuppie puppy. All the while, seeing the standards steadily climb down and down each session that I took my puppy to get groomed. With that I stopped tipping as much as I used to always still leaving a tip, but never as much as I used to because I wasn't getting the quality of cut that I used to get there. And the service has never been kind so I mean, what was I paying for?

Horrible customer service and a horrible cut very overpriced.

I came here today to write this review because I wanted to tell other people especially other people that come from out of town like myself. I had moved from San Diego and brought my dog here on the recommendation of my parents. I would not recommend this groomer to anybody one day they just stop picking up the phone to me. I left a voicemail for Soupon to return my call which was my parents groomer and my groomer for all the years. Never heard anything back then I called back and left a voicemail asking if anybody could return my call and never heard back again.

I'm at Bath and Biscuits now and I couldn't be happier when I speak to a lot of the associates there inform me that is generally how Yuppy Puppy conducts their business and they tend to be getting a lot of the customers now due to the horrible customer service and grooming at Yuppy Puppy.

I am 100% in love with how they cut my dogs fur. I asked for just a standard Schnauzer cut for my puppy. He is a very rambunctious puppy. He doesn't even let me brush him most of the time. I expected that he may be very difficult to groom, perhaps even come home with razor burn or an uneven haircut to no fault of the shop. When I got home and saw him, he looked perfect down to even the little details like his eyebrows! I was shocked! My boyfriend, who picked him up from his appointment, said that our puppy left the shop happy and as hyper as usual. When he got there to pick him up, he was even on the ground, not locked up in a kennel all day which is what I would have expected. From when I went in and made the appointment to when my boyfriend picked up our puppy, the Staff was incredibly nice and welcoming! To top it all off, I wasn't charged an arm and a leg. If you are accustom to dog groomers, I used to pay the same for my Yorkie's haircuts in Visalia at another shop. Having just moved to Modesto a few months ago and bought a puppy, I worried about finding a new groomer who would not only do quality work but who would treat my puppy with kindness. I'm happy to say I have found my Puppy's new Groomer(s)!

I am very happy with the service I received today from A yuppy puppy groomers. I was in desperate need to get my pups ears cleaned, nails trimmed and a bath, I'm terrible with sticking with appointments so when I called to see if they accept walk ins, they helped me right away. My puppy was very sad and scared when i gave him to the groomer and walked away, but when I came back he was very happy and no longer looked scared. I also loved that they didn't stick him in a cage while they were waiting for me to arrive. I strongly believe they made him feel loved and safe because of how fast he adjusted. Service was very quick I was able to pick my pup up after 30 minutes and the service cost was $30 for bath, nails and ears. That is a amazing price. I also love how they gave him back to me with a complimentary fall themed bandana around his neck. That was super cute. I highly recommend them and i will definitely be coming back.

They had me leaving with an ear to ear smile because of the great service they provided my puppy. He is clean, nails clipped, ready for summer, and most of all was not harmed in anyway. I was very nervous leaving my pup with a complete stranger but afterwards I know now that they aren't strangers at all they're the friends I never knew I had. Thank you to the fantastic people of Yuppy Puppy you'll have my continued business!!!

This is an excellent grooming place for your "Pet"- That you also feel is Your Child.. Bathing 'Your Animal' is certainly Your Right but it's a treat for your Pet That they experience Expertise and Precision! my Service Animal Looooved the way he felt after this Care and treatment!! This place is absolutely Kind to Cats I personally witnessed a 2 person job on One Cat- that is really great...like I said *I* Bathe my animals- its possible to Do *Alone* this place is equipped with Kind Hands to Aid in Baths

I was so happy I found this place for my Lily Rose.
The place is always clean the ladies there are so helpful and super nice. Everytime I pick up my Lily she's always so beautiful done perfectly her legs her paws her little face she's a Lhasa Apso and they can be very hard to cut the owner does a wonderful job and best of all very affordable.
