The worst experience in 15 years of purchasing animal vaccines. Package was not delivered to the address that it was intended to and the refrigerated vaccines were damaged after 2 days. Turns out the package had been delivered at what UPS calls "Access Point" instead of the provided address. Furthermore, other than the wording 'PERISHABLE' on the refrigerated package, nothing else suggested that the package needed to be refrigerated upon delivery. Every vaccine shipment I have always received, had a bright orange sticker on top with the wording "REFRIGERATE UPON ARRIVAL" and 4 cold packs - but not this one!

I filed a claim with UPS and they conducted an internal investigation, requested six photos of the package, and their conclusion was "improper packaging", so they are not taking responsibility for the damaged vaccines.

The shipper - A to Z Vet Supply - blamed UPS and refused to issue a refund. I am a small nonprofit animal rescue and I cannot afford to lose over $100 because nobody wants to own their mistake and act with integrity.
