Aleene is great! We've tried two other groomers and were disappointed. We found Aleene and couldn't be happier. We have a goldendoodle who needs a lot of grooming and care, and she and her staff do wonders with him. Scheduling is easy and the prices are reasonable. Our Walter loves going there. I would highly recommend her.

I have been taking my dogs here for a few months now and they get excited when I pull up. Scheduling & communication is easy and the haircuts are great! In the past taking my dogs to the groomers used to be stressful for my pups and I, but now it’s a treat!

1st time there. Dolly was great. She called & explained something she saw with my little guy before she went on with the grooming. He looked terrific & she did exactly what I asked her to do. They were recommended by a friend. It's a 30 min drive, but I'll definitely take him back.

We highly recommend bringing your pets here. I promise you will not find anyone who cares so much about your pet and how they created a stress free experience for our Bella Boo..
Bella is just a 4 month old puppy when we got her and you couldn't see her eyes so when we went to her 1st Groomer they terrified her!
They didn't spend any time trying to know her and Bella didn't want anything to do with these people.. she started screaming like a baby and wouldn't let anyone touch her so we took her home and Googled for the best Groomers and that's how we found this 5 star company.. and trust me they are a PURRfect Place. I talked to Aleene over the phone and told her our experience with the last Groomer. Right from the beginning Aleene made us excited to see how much she cared about our concerns and assured us not to worry. So we made our 1st appointment with Aleene and when we showed up Bella went running to Aleene and jumped in her arms kissing her as if she known her. This shows me that our Bella can sense that she can be trusted here.
After 4 hours of time spent with Bella, she was ready to be picked up!
We couldn't believe how happy Bella was there and even more I didn't know Bella's eyes were brown and fluffy after she was groomed.
Dolly did such a great job grooming Bella to make her look so beautiful after spa day, that we already lined up 2 more customers for Dolly. We are so happy to see that there are still very caring people on this earth you can trust!!

UPDATE…….UPDATE……..
I have taken my puppy to 4 different groomers!
We have found our new groomer! This place is the best around D’Ville!!
Aleene did a great job with our baby and best of all my baby was happy, not shaking or scared!

Aleene was kind, eager, and accommodating when booking my appointment. She has a positive energy that I feel is very important when working with animals in any capacity. She was willing to listen to requests & offered opinions and feedback when asked. The work was completed at the expected hour and the results are fantastic! Prices were very reasonable and service was great. Highly recommended.

This place is awesome they did my puppy first cut so neat everything was perfect! Recently I just went for his second cut and they had to go behind petsmart horrible wash where my puppy had so many mats but they took their time and got him back right I appreciate the time they take, I would recommend anyone here. Below is a picture from his first grooming here I can’t upload the recent one yet because his fur is currently gone from the last groomer bad service.
