This was my new pups first grooming experience. The staff immediately greeted her and loved on her. I feel my pup had a very good first experience and I am confident that she will not be anxious because of such a great first time! And she looked absolutely precious! I’ve been bringing my lovely-baby here for about a year now and i can say i found a grooming place that I’m satisfied with.

I have a shihpoo and she has very bad anxiety when it comes to grooming day and it was difficult to find a grooming salon that was patient, understanding , and still able to deliver quality with my fur baby. I understand how difficult it can be for groomers to get a good cut on dogs who are super anxious or fearful. This place has always seemed to try their best with my dog and deliver quality.

I’ll continue to bring my fur baby here. She’s gotten to know some of the staff well and has her favorites lol…. Highly recommended!

Also recently, she had some bad anxiety from a bad experience with getting her shots this year. So at her appointment she was not the best at cooperating but the staff still did an amazing job.

As far as the grooming skills go, my dogs always get exactly what I ask for. They never come home with cuts or irritated skin. The groomers always do a phenomenal job.

More importantly, they know my dogs’ personalities and they love them like their own. My boys love Heather and everyone else at Patient Paws. I live 45 minutes away, but I happily travel to take my babies here because I know they will be loved on and taken care of. I never have to worry about them after I drop them off.

Can’t recommend this place enough. ❤️

Called to try and set up an appointment for my kitten we just adopted around 6pm for a later date. The lady I spoke with sounded very irritated and it felt like she just wanted to brush me off really quick. Not sure if I want someone with poor customer service attending to my kitten and giving her poor quality service trying to rush.

My Jakester loves everyone over at Patient Paws.. They take great care of him and love him like he is their own... My boy is 17 years old and has bad hips and has trouble getting around. They are always so patient with him handling him with love and care moving at his pace. Thank you guys for loving my boy and always taking such great care of him on his spa days..

My fuzzy little kitty, Junebug, is special needs and can't groom himself very well. I've done fairly well keeping him brushed and maintained myself, but wanted to find someone that could give him a real thorough bath and brush out before having company over. Patient Paw was so kind to listen to what his quirks and my needs are and delivered all around. I know he was comfortable with the ladies in the salon too because when I came to pick him up he was napping in Kathy's arms. I will certainly be bringing him back in the future for any grooming needs!

My boy was a big fluffy mess before I took him in. They did a great job at making him feel like the handsome boy he is! Very attentive and great attention to detail. They will make sure every hair is in place and you’re happy with your pups cut!

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable on how to handle any breed. My knuckle head bully loves it here! Especially Heather , his smile says it all.
The staff is very friendly and gives great advice for your pets needs. Highly recommend
