Kim did a great job with my husky/cattle dog mix. He is not easy he’s mouthy and doesn’t like the groomer he’s been refused by other groomers but she got it handled! Highly recommend.

I used to love coming here, but the last time almost resulted in my dog getting loose. They keep the door open and when one of the women (sorry, I don’t know which) came out to take my dog, she wasn’t paying attention to my dogs harness. She kept pulling it and he slipped out of it right next to the open door. If I hadn’t caught him and closed the door myself, he would have bolted. There wasn’t even an apology for the incident. 🙁

I brought in my puppy a few days ago, and Tiffany did my puppy, she was very careful, kind and overall terrific experience with her. Then I brought in my other dog and Kim did my Golden Retriever, just like Tiffany, Kim was very careful, kind and overall terrific experience. F.Y.I Tiffany and Kim do everything wash,cut,clean,the nails, and around the dog area too. My big Golden looks to much better, specially in this Vegas heat. GREAT experience with these two.
