I want to give a huge thank you to our new spa day place, Bath & Biscuit! My Harper girl has separation anxiety and sulks for days after going, so I thought I would try a new place. It was the best decision! Her new groomer took only a couple hours and was so gentle and loving. We picked up a happy Harper wearing a new, gorgeous bow gifted to her by her groomer! I took both of my Dad’s dogs here for bath’s and to get their nails trimmed and I am stunned to find out afterwards that our poor Ranger (silver lab) has what looks like razor burn on all 4 of his paws and he has been crying for more than a couple days now. He can’t walk around much and he continues to lick his paws due to the pain, I would NEVER recommend anyone to take their pets here for grooming. The negative reviews about this place tells you all you need to know!

We get our dog groomed here almost exclusively. He'll leave out house the stinkiest, dirtiest dog and come back fresh and with a fancy little bandana, tie, or whatever else fun things they have for him!

Took my yorkie there Thursday for a touch up little did I know that she came home with two cuts and was not told . I am disappointed that the groomer failed to tell me this.
