I’m truly Disappointed to write this review . I started bringing my shih tzu who is 100% an indoor dog to AA over a year ago. I bring him in monthly and as the Appontments went on I felt like the service started to drop. I have paid $65 for grooming services since the day we began and always ask for the same cut. After a few disappointing cuts the last few months today was Bentleys last grooming appointment here . He came home completely chopped up and nothing near the cut I normally get and asked for (left photo of what he should look like as an example) right is how he came home. Then, what really upsets me is the owner asked we pay $80 this time instead of the normal $65 because they had to do extra brushing to untangle him. If that was the case I could understand an extra charge as it’s been 6 weeks between his last apt rather than the normal 4 . HOWEVER, it is unfair to charge an extra $15 for brushing when you actually just cut it off. It doesn’t make sense to me . So now not only does he have a bad cut but I got charged extra for brushing that obviously didn’t happen since he’s completely chopped short . Then I got a snarly attitude when the normal tip wasn’t added (and for obvious reasons) Needless to say unfortunately I will not be bringing him back again.

Took Bandit to another groomer and they refused to groom him because he can be a bit temperamental and being new to the area I really didn't no where to go when I walked in A&A the whole staff was super friendly. I explained Badit temperment and had no problem made a nxt day appointment again staff was super friendly. They took notes of how we wanted him groomed and call me when she had a question Kiki was his groomer and will definitely bring him back. Great job to the crew at A&A

Great great job they did my bernadoodle and they did fantastic they did her nails very well which she puts up a fight and dealt with it she looks beautiful they went above and beyond highly recommended A&A pet groomers & ink thanks guys and gals

Our cuties love Malia she has such attention to detail and instruction of what they need,the previous time (diff groomer) was not so great Bu this time they got their usual Malia back and look at the results I highly recommend you request your exact groomer!! She remembers Spike & Canela and even takes notes! She is awesome and super sweet! Thank You!!

Very friendly staff. I've been taking my dogs there for over a year to get their nails trimmed and never had a problem. Besides that, it's the only place that doesn't ask for the dogs' thumbprint if u know what I mean... everywhere else can't cut their nails bcuz of this or that it's a pain in the butt.

I'm very glad I choose to take my dog there. They are so nice. First of all I called them on a Saturday morning and though they were busy they took me right away. I told them I didn't live in town and they made sure to make my dog a priority so that I didn't have to wait too long. I did a little shopping and they were finished in no time. The price was just right.
My dog looks adorable and we'll be going back in the future.

This place makes me so sad, we took our yorkie who was treated very poorly. No only was she there ALL day they forgot to call me when she was done. When we picked her up she could hardly stand in the cage she was in because her paws are so small and the floor of the crate had no flat bottom, She was sore for the rest of the day. The staff are pretty nice except the owner she’s rude and unprofessional. Please go somewhere else’s!
