Highly recommend Jeff for your dog training needs. Vastly experienced and has great knowledge to deal with any situation you might be in with your pet. Jeff helped me understanding my dog (Beau) better and trained me how to walk the dog even though I thought I was doing fine. I was so wrong. The first 8 training sessions with him were enough to see the drastic difference in mine and my pets behaviour.

Jeff is a calm, patient, and knowledgeable trainer who has a deep understanding of dogs and their behavior. However, don't mistake Jeff's laid-back demeanor for an easy or effortless training process. The first eight classes may seem like a mere introduction, but if you follow Jeff's instructions and practice with your dog consistently, you will see a significant difference in their behavior and obedience.

Personally, I am incredibly grateful to Jeff for the impact he has had on my dog, Mooney, and me. His training techniques have transformed our relationship with our furry companion, and we are forever grateful to him. It was wonderful to have Jeff at our house and to have a customise training If you want to understand why your dog does what he does. and learn how to correct certain behaviors... Jeff is your trainer. He explains that dog language really is body language. Prior to Jeff we did so many miscues with our dog, thinking we were training. We are lucky that to have found him. Jeff thought us to set expectations and to stay consistent with those expectations, by correcting and complementing our dog. We learn the finesse in correcting. We will alway be greatful to Jeff for help.

Jeff helped me train my mixed poodle with great results. When I brought my dog for evaluation, she was peeing when she sees people from excitement. Jeff worked with her and got her comfortable when approached. He also worked with her to go in the crate and stay in without bolting out. Don’t know all of his details but results have been great. After getting some training, he also showed me how to handle my leash correctly. She now comes when called, sits and down nicely. Jeff has been just super when I had some questions regarding the dog. I came to Jeff with a dog that had a mind of his own and aggressively dragged me after other people and dogs, scaring them both, and embarrassing me! Before he bit somebody, or another dog, I needed help. I talked to several trainers and Jeff seemed the most knowledgeable about dog behaviors.

I signed up, and wow, little did I know, it was me that needed the training! I wasn't communicating with my dog in a way he understood. With the knowledge and behavioral tools Jeff taught me he put me on a path that, with practice and persistence, my dog is now really well-behaved and attentive to my commands.

Now I can take him places I avoided because I was stressed or nervous by his behavior. I'm no longer embarrassed or have to gate him off when people visit me.

Jeff always says the training doesn't stop after you stop working with him and he is absolutely right.

Thanks to Jeff my now well behaved dog is truly my best friend.

We rescued a pup from a local shelter, and realized after a few weeks that we needed help. Our pup, Jade, was chewing, nipping, and jumping on our kids. Jade chewed on toys, shoes, and took the socks right off my kids feet! She chewed through all of her leashes, and attempting to walk her was a nightmare. I would watch "dog training" videos online, but nothing seemed to help. As a matter of fact, I think it made our situation worse. So, we decided to seek help from a professional. Reached out to a couple of dog trainers, and Jeff responded right away. We spoke over the phone and discussed the issues we were having with Jade; after speaking with Jeff we decided to work with him, he reassured us that Jade's behavior was not out of the "norm", and that he could help us. Jeff made me feel comfortable, and after 1-2 sessions, our family noticed a changed in Jade's behavior. More importantly, Jeff taught us that we had to make changes in our behavior in order to help Jade. Additionally, we put in the work at home, reinforcing the fundamental training given by Jeff. It is important to not only mimic his teachings as closely as possible, but also to adhere to his recommendations regarding training devices. This all to help you succeed! We have completed our training, and Jade has improved dramatically. I cannot recommend Jeff enough to anyone who's dog needs training! Thank you Jeff!!!!!

We found Jeff on Yelp. He was quick to respond to my message. Jeff came to our house to assess our dogs issues. Jeff a very caring and patient trainer. After several minutes he knew what needed to be done to potty train our dog. His instructions are very plain and easy to understand. After Jeff left we had success with training. Due error on my part I was let our dog slip in training. I called Jeff and was very helpful getting us back on track. I recommend AA Comet Dog Training to anyone who is having issues with their dog.
