I've had my dog groomed here twice now and both times I've been so happy with the results! Sam has been the groomer both times and he always does a fantastic job, making sure that my dog looks and feels great.

Walked in for my dog’s grooming appointment and a dog was getting his nails cut . Dogs in general do t like getting nails trim/ cut but this dog was crying in pain , while he shouted at the dog STOP grabbing him forcefully, You recognize the difference when your dog is in pain . I have yell at the groomers to stop .
I wanted to record him and he stopped he said I was not a groomer therefore I don’t know, but I do know the difference when an animal is in pain and I had to say something since the other two groomer in there with him didn’t have guts to say anything.

If he is a good groomer the dog would NOT cry like that, there are ways, when I wanted to record him an pull out his phone to “record me” shame on you Petsmart at least hire people that likes dogs

Simply amazing team! My puppy needed to be groomed asap and they were able to accommodate her the next day. They did an incredible job. They always do. Best place to get your dog groomed.

I'm only giving you 3 Stars, because I want to give you the benefit of the doubt, because the first time we brought our extremely anxious Beagle here, the girls that the one guy that were there on that day were excellent...

Dorian was an absolute sweetheart with my parents when they picked her up and when I called him to ask what happened.
Thank you for your patience with our Leysea, I know she is a lot, poor thing, we don't know why she is like that, we appreciate you. Thank you, thank you, thank you ♥

Thumbs down for Emily... she is rude and unprofessional.

I also brought my cat in to get groomed and they called me about 15 minutes into it telling me they had to stop (I'm sure this had nothing to do with double booking a "regular client" who showed up at the same time I did for the same groomer Emily... WHAT WOULD YOU THINK? Anyways, long story short, they handed me a bill for $ 35.00 for what? making my cat bleed, which is why Emily claims she stopped the service, but there was no blood anywhere on my cat, lucky for you... I honestly don't understand what I paid for.

It's not the $35.00, it's the fact that you lied to me because you double booked your groomer.

Milo just got his first grooming session today with Emma and I was super amazed at her work, she was very patient at the start when Milo was scared, than eventually she got him in and he was doing really good. She has a lot of patience when it comes to little puppies which I know Milo was in good hands!

She made Milo look very handsome, and fluffy, very happy with the service, thank you Emma, will see you soon!!!

Emma is phenomenal! Our dog gets the perfect haircut every time. Her attention to care and detail cannot be beat. I highly recommend her and this location.

I always groom my pets at PetSmart. I love their service and the staff as well. I love how groomers make my pets feel comfortable and offer them treats as well.
They’re affordable with great service and customer service.
Highly recommended….
