I have been coming here to get both my dogs groomed for the past few years. One of my dog’s blind and both dependent on each other . Chantel from Dogdays has been grooming them with such care and affection, giving them adorable haircuts. Recently had their teeth done too, I’m very pleased with how clean my babies teeth are.

Chantel at Dogdays Daycare is absolutely amazing! The moment you walk in, she greets you with the biggest smile, listens to all your concerns, and takes care of your dogs as if they’re hers. She is the most friendly, sweet, and detail oriented groomer. I have been taking my cockapoo, Loki, for grooming to Chantel for years now and she does a fantastic job each time. He is not the easiest dog to groom but she makes it seem so easy because she is so patient and loving. Chantel is very passionate about her work and it shows on Loki each time. I highly recommend booking with Chantel for any grooming or teeth cleaning service and you won’t regret it, your dog is in great hands! Thank you Chantel!

I bring my 4 French bulldogs here for boarding and daycare and I wouldn’t ever bring them anywhere else!!! My dogs are typically very nervous to go anywhere but they all run in so happy and most importantly come home happy. Tianna, Cristina and all their staff are all very friendly, loving and knowledgeable and treat my dogs like their own! I highly recommend anyone looking for daycare or a boarding facility to come here! You won’t regret it!! Peach, Peanut, Plum and Lucy love you guys! Thanks for always taking such good care for my babies 🩷🩷🩷🩷

I just want to say that dog days is amazing, our dog loves going there. All the ladies are fabulous and so good with the animals.
It is because of them that we found he’s wonderful groomer Chantel. She is a god sent, Everest adores her and only lets her groom him.

After my most recent experience, will be back to dogdays for grooming. My main reason for trying to find someone else was because they are bad for returning calls so our dog is often many weeks later for grooming than we'd like so 1 star off (although honestly we too are late to start usually because we like his hair longer). But every time Alessia grooms him he comes out happy, healthy and looking good even though she has to take a lot off because of the tangles! She's always said he was great on the table and he's never shown any negativity towards the experience. Prices a little higher than the average but not the highest - it's worth the extra we feel.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO DAY CARE!!! BE CAREFUL!!!

I am truly sadden by this establishment. My dog went for a trial for the day care facility, she was in the room for maybe 5 mins and the worker said she did great so she stayed the afternoon. I brought her back today to do a full day of day care, and I received an email at 1:45 saying that she started to show guarding and aggressive behaviour - so they locked her in a kennel for who knows how long. When I went to pick her up, the girl at the front said that my dog had been experiencing these behaviours all day and that they were “working with her” (whatever that means), meanwhile not notifying me of any misbehaviours until after the 6 hours was up so they could get their full days pay.

I had given them a call after receiving an email regarding my dogs behaviour, and they mentioned that they had tried to call me but the number couldn’t be completed as dialled. The number on file I confirmed was in fact my number, so I was confused. The strangest part though, was that when my credit card on file didn’t go through I received 3 phone calls from them to collect payment… suspicious..considering my phone number didn’t work for them when my dog was acting out of character ….

Anyways, in sum, these people don’t really care about your pet they just care about money and they very obviously don’t know what they are doing - or at least employ some people who don’t know what they are doing… Be careful!!!

**response to owner: I would just like to point out that I never once excused my dogs behaviour, as I wasn’t aware how she was going to react in daycare - I am wanting you to take ownership of your staffs actions.. I have both Instagram stories you posted of my dog, the last one being at 11:52. I picked up my dog at 2:30. Where was she during this time unaccounted for?

It’s odd that I received an email at 1:45 which is exactly 6 hours after I dropped her off at 7:45am? If she was having problems, why wouldn’t you have tried to contact me sooner? I am in a job where I have full accessibility to my phone. I think that maybe your employee was dialling the incorrect digits as she did to not one, but 2 of my credit cards. Which resulted in her in calling me back multiple times after I tried to settle up 2 times already.

Not only is your greediness dangerous for my dog, it’s dangerous for all of the dogs there. Learn something from this.

My Frenchie Xena goes to Dogdays Daycare and LOVES it!! Crissy and her staff are excellent with the way they integrate the dogs into the pack and are so loving and attentive towards them. I would not bring my dog anywhere else as I know Xena is safe, loved and taken great care of. Xena has many friends that are regulars too. The environment is safe, clean and has policies in place so no person or animal gets hurt. If you want someone to take excellent care of your valued pet without worry or hastle, Dogdays Daycare is highly recommended.
