We love Dogtopia of Springfield! Hamlin gets so excited on daycare mornings to see his friends and I know he’s always in good hands there which gives me peace of mind. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the theme photo days are our favorite!

First, the staff at Dogtopia are amazing, especially Kevin and Victoria. We had a death in the family and needed to amend our reservation a few times. They were flexible and helpful.

Our dog Edward is a anxious little guy and I was a bit nervous about boarding him for the first time. I watched him frequently on the webcams, and to my relief (and surprise) he appeared to be happy and having a good time (in his own way). We will definitely be boarding at Dogtopia again!

We've been bringing our dog, Zeus, here for 7 years now. Zeus absolutely loves going there and is always excited to hop in the car when we tell him it's time to go to "doggy daycare" for a long weekend. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They have taken time to get to know Zeus and his personality, which makes us feel at ease knowing he's in good hands. One of the things we appreciate most is their flexibility and reliability. If we book in advance, they always have availability, which is a huge relief for us. We also love receiving the "report card" when we pick him up. It's great to hear about his time there and know that he's been well-cared for.

Dear Dogtopia Springfield Team,

I had a very disappointing experience at Dogtopia Springfield. After my dog’s stay, he came home with a scratch on his nose and has been crying with watery eyes for the last six days. I’m extremely concerned about his well-being and feel that he was not properly cared for during his time there. I cannot recommend this facility based on my experience.

Very pleased with the great friendly service and how genuinely the staff appreciated and accepted my dog for a groom. Rates are very reasonable and my dog was very happy when we picked him up. Groomer did a fantastic job bathing, cutting and trimming (and getting to know him)! We will be coming here again.

We love the fact that the employees remember our pups and can give us a run down of how they did each time we pick them up. We appreciate how caring they are and how much are pups are taken care of! My dogs love coming here and enjoy their time here 😊!

Delightful, knowledgable staff, my dog absolutely loves his time here. We do both daycare and boarding. Love their themed picture days and their many special events. Only wish they had dedicated outdoor space.

It's been difficult for me to find an accommodating groomer and Robby at Dogtopia has been absolutely wonderful time and time again over the year. He's always thoughtful and seems to actually care about my dog. Here's to many more doggy groomings spent here 🎉
