I have used this company several times and was happy. Up until today I have had no problems but after today I will be carful on who touches my dogs again or finding a new company. Shiny was my groomer and she did a horrible job on my larger dog and she hurt my little dog. My husband was home and I wasn't for part of the grooming. My husband called me into the back yard to show me all the blood from my little dogs paw from being injured during the grooming. He then also showed me how horribly groomed my large dog is. I keep calling the office and I can't even get a call back. My poor puppies. I feel horrible for them.

Easy to book, arrived on time and took great care of our doodle and his first professional grooming session. He looks and smells great and we got advice about his upkeep and grooming frequency, which is great because this is our first dog that needs to be groomed. Will def book again!

My dog was nervous but the groomer, Nilson, lifted my 80 lb. Golden Retriever gently into the van like he was his own. My dog came out happy and gorgeous, smelling sweet.

He was amazing, very gentle and thorough with my girl cat Callie. She wasn’t a fan but he kept her calm and got her through it. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a cat that needs to be bathed.

Vinicius cut our mini golden doodle Maxwells hair today. He came on time and even in the rain! He was excellent at confirming and double confirming the appointment as well as communicating his arrival and finish. You can tell he loves dogs and enjoys what he does. Maxwells hair is so all over the place sometimes. We’ve had a difficult time finding a groomer who can tame Maxwells fur and make it look fluffy while still looking neat, but Vinicius did it! 10/10 will recommend and will do again. It is well worth the price the amount of detail and how smooth the cut turned out is worth every penny!
