It is quick and easy to get an appointment. They always do a fantastic job. The first time we brought Bonnie in, she was covered in matts. TLC Grooming shaved her and made her look fantastic.

Bonnie always comes out looking like a million bucks. If you're looking for a proficient groomer, especially for long haired cats, I recommend TLC Grooming!

Just picked up my new pup Miss Beanie and she looks so pretty! Love the trim they have her. The groomer(I need to get her name) was so gentle and sweet with my little girl. The shop was clean and smelled good. I’ll definitely be back. 5 stars!

I highly recommend TLC grooming. They got us in the next day for an appointment. My rescued mini poodle needed serious cleaning up after our last groomer did a terrible job. And because he's a rescue, he needed some extra TLC and they were absolutely wonderful with him.
We will be back for all of our future grooming needs. Thank you so much!

We found a malnourished kitten, and before we could give her the flea/deworming meds, we needed to bathe her. It was difficult for us to do, so we called TLC and asked if they did walk ins. They said they were booked, but they called me back & made an exception. My husband went & also took our son, who was VERY anxious about the whole situation. They were given a 2-3 hr eta, but after seeing how distraught our son was leaving the kitten, they had the kitten done within 20 minutes! Customer service was AMAZING, they went above and beyond, and they took such good care of all of us! I will never go to another groomer besides TLC again! Highly recommended!! If I could rate them 1000 stars, I would!

I wish I had something nice to say about this grooming shop for the sake of their reputation, but also for the sake of my dog. I called them the day before I was going to bring her for an appointment and they said they had opening at 8 in the morning so I took my dog and when I got there the lady Said she had no record of my dog being scheduled. First, the lack of communication is crazy. After I drop my dog off, I waited four hours and called because I was getting concerned that she wasn’t ready yet. They said that it would be another hour. So after the hour had passed, it was almost 1:30 at this point and they called and said she was ready, but that she had an accident. When I got to the store, I was already mad because how are you going to say you have an opening in the morning, but not get to her in the morning? I understand that there are a lot of other appointments that groomers need to get to before my dog, but don’t say that you have an opening for the morning and have me bring my dog just for her to be sitting in a kennel for over four hours until you guys get to her. I already know that there is no water provided (based off of how thirsty she was when she got home) so I can already imagine how my dog is doing. They then said that they cut her ear. I was also furious about this because in the 20 or so times that I have taken her to different dog grooming, she has never had an accident like this, ever. So for her to get cut is either lack of concentration from the groomer or just that they don’t care. I’m extremely disappointed. I hate seeing my dog like this.

TLC did an AMAZING job giving our Ragdolls their hair cuts, bath, nail trims etc. Most affordable price in town too. We have 2 Ragdolls and love them so much but have found their long, super sheddy hair causes my COPD lungs to flair (even w regular brushing). Before our Ragdolls, we always had short haired cats. It's a shame to cut off their beautiful fur but we decided if the cats do ok w it then it means we can keep them in the family. You can decide length and whether you want a cut "all over" or the lion cut etc. I said short and all over. We'll see how it grows back and go from there. I was worried about how they'd do with the whole experience plus hearing dogs barking at the groomers. They came out happy as ever. Good experience all around. Thank you TLC!
