I saw some KW Cages being used at my local county fair 4H/FFA show and was really impressed. I decided to buy two styles to hold hens and rabbits for the state fair this year and future county fairs. The 24x16x12 and the 28x16x12, 4 compartment transportation cages were great. They fit in our cart perfectly as we moved them to and from the shows. The animals seem confortable in them. They are much easier to get our animals in and out of than our old front loading cages. The opening at the top is helpful. I have recomended these to other families that show poultry and rabbits in my county. My kids said these cages were easier for them to move than our old cages. The cages were easy to clean after the show was over. The shipping was fast. I was able to get them a few days after ordering.

It’s my favorite cages and I pay extra for the ridiculous shipping costs because of it. I’m sooo disappointed because I ordered my daughter supplies a couple weeks ago and the order was supposed to arrive before Christmas. The order label was just created and delivery date for Dec 27. Unacceptable. I should have and will begin ordering elsewhere.

Have not received a confirmation email. Paid for two day shipping and have already been charged. Reached out to the company and have heard nothing. I should have read the reviews and never ordered from here.

Did not have an option for no stars. Ordered over $1000.00 worth of product, two weeks later still nothing has shipped due to waiting for backorder items. Asked for cancellation due to items not here and i have located a service that guaranteed product delivery in 2 days and was told by “customer service” that no cancellations is the policy. Not stated anywhere on the website.
One week later I have received part of the shipment. Customer service is helping with some damaged items, I actually changed my 1 star to a 3 star review based on the efforts they made to get me my purchase

I wanted to add another travel cage to my nearly $1800 order which I was already paying over $400 in shipping (for a combined total of $2200ish). By adding this one cage they wanted to add another $130 in shipping and $107+tax for the cage. I could go on their website and add the cage all by itself and pay only $35 in shipping. Makes no sense. Then getting ahold of someone took days. Then they say they'll call back in 10-20 minutes and don't. Ever. Then after leaving another message for their customer service they call 1x and miss the call and they just added to my invoice 107 for the cage and 130 for shipping. And still can't get ahold of customer service. It's really unfortunate their cages are so good and their support is subpar. 5* for the cages and 1* for support.

Update: seems the online purchase and shipping is an estimate and they will happily bill you for more shipping. They say they will supposedly refund shipping as well. The first time I ordered they neither billed nor refunded so it must have been accurate to the penny, apparently. I'm not really believing this and due to this new apparent billing I will be reducing a star again down to 2 stars.

I don’t know about the quality of their items because I never got them. I ordered cage accessories 20 days ago and they just now supposedly shipped after I contacted them twice. The first time they said they were shipping the next day. That was 12 days ago. They also charged $40 for shipping small items. That’s more than my cages cost to ship. They won’t answer my emails at this point. I will never order from this company again. I’m so glad I got my cages from Bass. I highly recommend them.
