Walked in at 4:30pm looking for cat and dog food. A lot of prices were missing from the two aisles I looked at. I did not see what I was looking for and walked out without seeing any one in the store. Parking was easy I will give them that

They do have great prices but every time I come it’s ALWAYS close during store hours. What’s the point for have store hours if your never there. It’s disappointing a good business to go to waste.

The owner (Sai) is very unprofessional and takes advantage of people. He curse and yell to try to make a point when upset. I sold him a huge cage and failed to give me credit as he said he would. He is a bitter person. I didn’t argue back after him shouting in front of other customers. I rather not ruin my day and consider it a loss.

Used to work here and the customers I had were so amazing and nice ..there's a new girl there now not great but she's iight . The owner is great keeps the place running smoothly ..has your pet's needs

Online it says open, the schedule on the door says 10 it's past 11 and they aren't open. When they are lady's pretty nice but takes forever to check you out, not her fault owner needs another employee , this isn't the first time they open late .It's very inconvenient!
