NO BUENO!! I called and made an appointment 2 weeks ago. I told them I was in the Pio Pico RV park, and I set it up for them to come in. The morning of the appointment, I got a text, letting me know they were here. They got here at 9:05, but didn’t let me know until 9:11. By the time I got out front, I swear, it was 9:11, and he was already gone!! Couldn’t wait 3 minutes? Then the guy sent pictures that proved he was here. They were time-stamped 9:05. So why didn’t they text me at 9:05. Guess he had better things to do.

Our dog is a big baby when it comes to having her nails clipped. This groomer came to our home, bathed , clipped and deshedded her in 20 minutes with minimal trauma. We'll be using this company again.

Right off the bat I sensed something not right with this man,my dog cried more than twice cause maybe he was in a hurry,my dog has a hard time closing and opening her mouth cause he pulled the muzzle to tight on her, she's not even vicious,never again would I go through him,and I recommend nobody does,he buzzed her so hard that some of her wounds from her surgery bled
