I really care for the pooch parlor my Maltese poppy loves going there and the staff is very helpful and kind. I recommend Pooch parlor to anyone that has a small dog or a large dog. They are very good grooming business….

They always greet Mala super sweetley and are patient with her and do her nails so carefully and neat. Mala hates having her nails clipped but she does great with the staff at the pooch parlor!

The Pooch Parlor in Windsor is the absolute worst place I have taken my doodle ! They are ridiculously priced at $200.00 for a doodle, by the way that was $100.00 an hour !!!! I was told it would be a lot less , then I get the bill . I was in total shock! But, the worst was their customer service , they were rude to top it off! Attitude, pay up ! No senior discount nothing . Looking at my dog , he didn’t get that teddy bear face at all ! The worst cut he has ever had , guess you don’t get what you pay for ! Never going back there again !

Every time I call to make an appointment, they are so flexible. And usually fit me/my dog in that day or within a few days. They are so friendly and super sweet with my dog Lily. She loves going there!

Worst place to take your dog. They left my dog bleeding when trimming her nails. We live blocks away, so my son took her walking and when they got back home, my dog was bleeding really bad. I called them and they didn't pick up the phone. My husband had to go back and they gave him some powder to stop the bleeding. So I paid for a service, I had to fix what they did to my dog. Just thinking about the pain my dog was having makes me upset. They dont care about pets at all.
