Umm.. I’m not sure why all of the great reviews. This place on the inside is.. yucky. I called prior due to the positive reviews and the gentlemen actually was telling me to go back to my old groomer since I have an older dog. He continued to explain why I needed to go back to my old groomer when I finally cut him off and explained we recently moved here. He then said yeah well it’s 3-5 hours drop off here. I just wanted a nail trim and ear cleaning. I then cut him off again and explained that and he said oh yeah just come by anytime before 3 and it will take about 15 minutes. I thought great! I decided to still try them out and yeah the place on the inside is gross. Also, they only take cash, which wasn’t mentioned in the long conversation the guy had with me. Wouldn’t recommend.

We were in need of a groomer, so we decided to try this place out. I am so glad we did! Nice, clean, professional, and our baby looked great and smelled great, too. We will be returning on a regular basis.

First time customer here and will definitely be back. Dropped off and let them know I wanted a "teddy bear" cut. He also got a wash, nail trim and ears cleaned. Got a phone call 15 mins before he was ready to be picked up as well. Was able to get an appt in 3 days since it was a weekday. I heard weekends will be further out. Turned my scruffy old dog into a puppy again!

I am a first time puppy owner and was nervous about having her first full grooming because of a bad experience for a bath and trim somewhere else. A neighbor recommended this place and I am so thankful I tried it. Stacy did an excellent job and my puppy Calli looked great and she had no trauma. I will definitely be staying with Pooch & Purr and telling others about how pleased I am with their service.

Absolutely astounded! I have absolutely no complaints. When you walk into this establishment it's evident from the start that everyone there truly loves every animal that comes in.
We brought in our previously outdoor cat who had really bad matting on his back legs and sides. We assumed thered be no other option but to shave him down, but Pooch and purr proved me wrong. When we went to pick him up I couldn't believe it was the same cat. They were able to get his matts out without having to shave him and he looks so much healthier and happier. Thank you so much!

I loved them until recently the last two visit to trim Molly and Dory’s nails were not good he snip there nails they’d scream in pain three Times on molly twice on Dory I yelled for him to stop and return my animal now they shake and cry when it’s mail time.. don’t think it don’t happen to yours I can’t be first and last at the same time they rush to much I liked they would take my two female Chihuahuas at the last minute and trim their nails and they do want casual name and they are friendly guys that work there but you know what they need to slow down my animals terrified to go get their nails done now and that’s a shame because now they had a traumatic experience I’m not going back You can look at it like this were the ones who rush him and pop our dogs in at the last minute but look what they’re doing to them under stress and pressure
