WOW! Super friendly guy! This was hard to find, out of the way and we almost quit but glad we did not. This is a gem. The owner is super friendly, very laid back. We didn't feel pressured or supervised which was really nice and relaxing. Every animal had proper water and food. When we told him a baby tortoise was stuck, he immediately attended to it. Unlike other pet stores that ignore what you tell them. I was really happy with this store and would definitely return for supplies. Great place for some interesting animals to see and supplies as well. I don't like seeing any animals in enclosures but he takes really great care of what he has in the store.

I love my baby African Bullfrogs and I’m very grateful for. Thank you Gx3 for having them. They love to eat mice, baby rats,

It was a cool store, definitely had a lot of reptiles and supplies which is what the 2 stars are for however I didn’t feel like the employee or owner working there when I went had the best attitude. Before I could finish asking if some geckos were for sale he cuts me off and says “no not for sale”, also he also didn’t let me use the restroom which was upsetting because I had been driving for 3.5 hours and it was clear it was an emergency, I just didn’t have the best experience with him as a paying customer I expected a little more.

The worker was nice, but the shop had a moderate reptile funk smell and the enclosures looked poorly maintained (lots of feces, dirty food/water bowls). All of the mealworm containers for purchase had a decent amount of dead/black mealworms in them.

They're probably one of the better places around for reptile supplies. Prices are standard, service is meh, it's good in a pinch and I've been grateful they were open before but that's about it.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Clean store that doesn't smell poorly (like some other reptile stores can). It is obvious that the employees and owners of this establishment CARE about all of their creatures.

Visiting the area, glad I discovered this place. Very awesome place with a lot of assorted reptiles, most I've never seen in person before. The employee there was very helpful, answered a lot of my questions, and was willing to take time off of what he was doing to help me out.

So a Chinese water dragon decided to wonder in my house last night. We decided that we wanted to keep him so we needed to get a whole set up for him since we have never owned one before. Went in today and they completely hooked it up. Everyone was very helpful and completely helped out what we needed for this little guy!
