Lauren kept our dogs on the schedule we keep. One is older and on several medications. Not a problem for her. We spent a weekend away and she stayed at our house with our 2 dogs. We received updates, with pictures! The dogs seemed perfectly happy when we returned home. We will definitely have her back to care for our pooches!!

This summer I was on vacation for a week and I left my six furry "children" in the care of Lauren. She was fabulous! Though it was an unusual stressful time in my home because of renovation taking place, Lauren and her assistant went the extra mile in making sure that my cats were comfortable. They are honest and trustworthy as I felt I was in the best hands possible. Lauren did everything we spoke about regarding the house and our communication was excellent! I never felt that I "was out of the loop' during the entire time I was away. Lauren is fantastic and I would not hesitate to call on her to kittysit for me again!

Lauren and Kim took such good care of my 2 cats for 5 days that they didn’t even miss me! That’s my indication of a great pet sitter!! In addition to the usual feeding and litter box duties, Kim spent time playing with them, loving them, and giving them treats. Both Lauren and Kim are very professional and cover all the bases. I highly recommend them!!

We were very happy with "While You're Away"s service. We were gone for 10 days... we had two camera's installed (we disclosed that) and saw how happy the cats were every day with someone visiting and playing with them daily. The sitter brought puzzle, laser light, etc., entertaining them daily... She also sent us pictures daily of the pets and updates. We absolutely loved the experience (as did our pets 🐈😻🐈‍⬛).

We'll definitely hire them each time we travel.

We highly recommend this service.

My dogs were treated like extended and valued family members. I received pictures and correspondence daily from the caring pet sitter. My shepherd even received a nifty toy that he loves. This is a first class business. I would use them again without hesitation.
