Janet and JB are wonderful. Our separation anxious dog Wilson loves his visits with them, and really enjoys hanging out with their sweet dog Sophie as well. In addition to frequent day-care visits, he has spent several weeks in their care last summer, as well as some shorter over-night visits. I am so relieved to finally have found dog sitters who I completely trust, needless to say, I already booked an extended stay for this summer as well. Janet and JB are very good at handling the dynamics of multiple dogs together, so Wilson gets to socialize and enjoy being around other dogs, which - no surprise there- relieves his separation anxiety when he is at their house.
Overall a great fit for our little guy! And I always enjoy getting the little updates and sweet pictures - I am not sure what treats these guys feed the dogs, but all the dogs always sit with great attention and smile for the pictures:)
I want to keep this a secret, so they won't become too busy to watch Wilson - but, alas, these secret is out of the bag! Could not recommend these guys more highly!

Janet and JB are my go to people for helping with my goldendoodle. They take amazing care of her and make me feel so comfortable while I’m away with pictures and updates. Their caring nature and love for dogs is so apparent! especially when they sent her home with some Groovy Dog treats - they've become Winnie’s favorites!

I don’t know who’s the sweetest to interact with— Janet, JB, or Sofi the doodle. They are all so welcoming and thorough when it comes to adding a new dog to their gang. They understand that to us, the canine isn’t just an animal but our baby. If requested they will keep the person’s mind at ease with videos/quick texts/etc. when away—whether it’s a play date afternoon or a two week trip (which I’ve done both multiple times —more than I can count). Sometimes I think my dog has more fun being with them than with me. Sofi is pretty hard to compete with, and makes fast friends. She isn’t only friendly/playful but she can be calm and watch a movie like she knows the plot, so she’s a perfect example for the other dogs on how to be away from their parents.

Me and my pup love west side dog gang!! JB and Janet along with Dean and Emma have taken such good care of my pup mainly for day care he always comes home happy and tired and they are always open to take care of Winston how we need! They send updates take him on long walks and to the park happy to be apart of the gang!

JB and Janet took great care of our dog Bowie while we were out of town for a few days. We met up with Janet and their sweet dog Sofi in-person a few days before our trip to introduce ourselves and let the dogs meet. She immediately made us feel at ease and reassured. Throughout the process, JB & Janet were communicative and responsive, sharing text, photo, and video updates. We’ve got another trip coming up and have already booked a stay for Bowie. He’ll be so happy to be reunited with Sofi! Would highly recommend Westside Dog Gang.

Our super energetic bernedoodle Henry and we love Janet and JB! They are so attentive, communicative, dependable, and truly love animals. Henry has stayed with JB and Janet for short day-care visits as well as multi-day stays and loved all of it. They took the time to get to know Henry and our preferences in order to make sure the time Henry is well taken care of every time. We love the pictures and updates they send throughout his stay. Highly recommend Westside Dog Gang!!
