Pampered Pet Hotel was the only place in a large area that would allow my 4 month old to attend doggie daycare (fully vax & fixed).

I was a bit nervous, but my Sprout seemed excited.

She absolutely loves going to daycare (she attends twice a week regularly) as you can tell by the pic … she cannot wait to get in, in the morning!

Now closer to 9 months, the staff has seen her grow up. They also are really great with her and seem to truly adore her. There are times that at the end of the day she is in the front with a staff member, cuddling, so not to be lonely.

I also love to be able to check on her in the middle of the day … since they do a temperament check, though they have separate sections for large and small dogs, there are times where the dogs are mixed and it is great to see her interacting with all size dogs (there is multiple staff in there watching the dogs).

When I pick her up at the end of the day, she is happy and completely worn out! 😂

I also appreciate that I can get her nails trimmed while she is in daycare. I have not tried grooming yet, but that is next to try. And since they have boarding, it provides me great relief knowing that in an emergency, I can feel secure that she would be well taken care of.

Also, I do not know about pricing … I think it is comparable to other places in the area. I do appreciate that I can pay for a 10/20/30 day package which greatly reduces the cost.

As a person that admits that she is a bit of a helicopter dog mom … both my pup and myself fully recommend Pampered Pet Hotel.

I am very happy with this groomer! They did such amazing job with my baby girl. They welcomed us both in with open arms and asked questions to satisfy her needs. She came back smelling absolutely incredible, her fur was shiny and soft, and they respected the fact that I didn’t want certain parts of her fur cut. They did everything perfect and I am excited to finally find a groomer that I can go to and trust!

Teresa and the staff here went above and beyond with my 12 year old girl, Latté. It was my first time here and they made me feel extra welcomed and asked questions about Latté. I don’t trust people easily but the staff made Latté and I Feel like family. Definitely recommend this location. I’ll be bringing Latté back soon. Thank you.

I should have written this sooner. We have been bringing our Maltese Auggie here basically his whole life. He is 10. They've always treated Auggie and I with patience and wonderful care. Theresa goes above and beyond with the love she gives to Auggie. He comes home looking so handsome. She does such a great job bathing and grooming him and I know grooming a little Maltese isn’t easy. He loves her and goes right to her which he only does with people he trusts and loves.I cant say enough about her. She’s amazing and I am grateful.

I took my senior dog in a couple of weeks ago for a full on spa day. I was a little nervous as my guy can no longer see so has become rather unsure about new surroundings and people but they exceeded my expectations! Theresa and an assistant gave my baby boy a beautiful cut, while making sure he was comfortable and safe. I will be bringing Oliver back for another spa day.
