We LOVE this store! The staff here are knowledgeable & they all make us feel welcome, the products are high quality, and we often get free samples to try. (I’d rather come here over Petco ANY day)
Kristina is my new fave cat person bc she orders ALLL the good stuff - I believe she also organized the fun Neighborhood event with pet treat bags & vendors.. my kids loved the Kona Ice & taco trucks!!
Seriously SO grateful to have this resource in our neighborhood- they make it easy w/ regular Vax Clinics & dental cleaning for your pets thru VIP Pet Care. Keep being Incredible & I’ll be a loyal customer for life ?

Incredible experience! The staff was knowledgable and friendly! Sarah helped my daughter find the perfect frozen food for her Shih Tzu while Kristina helped me with cat food nutrition for our cat that suffers from struvite crystals and is usually on prescription food. Jill was our cashier and an absolute star as well making sure our sale items were all correct. All in all an incredible place to shop for pet products.

The staff are always kind and so helpful- sometimes I cannot find the age group for the pet food for my dog, but they are always happy to order it for me. I have shopped at the Incredible Pets in Auburn and the service there was great too!! Thank you for quality customer service, Lucy and I are very happy customers

I love this place because of the staff! I feel like it's one of the only pet stores where the employees are not only familiar with their products but also know a lot about animals, animal behavior, and can recommend solutions for different issues. Clearly they are all pet lovers and animal parents. I have learned how to avoid urinary blocks in cats, diet changes for kidney issues and how to prevent it in the future, info on track and neuter programs, help with choosing the most efficient kitty litter and graciously carrying heavy bags of it out to my car, as well as providing solutions for allergies and treats without glycerin, etc. They are full of compassion and good insight and always clue me in when there is a sale coming up on things they know I can use. ?

I want to say thank to Incredible Pets for having VIP Pets pop up in the store every Sunday to vaccinate pets. The cost is much less than you would pay with a bets office and the no appointments necessary is much more convenient. My Bowie has gotten all his shots with VIP pets and is a happy and healthy boy . I highly recommend , and they do pop ups at other locations as well…. Bowie always gets a toy after his shots and Incredible Pets has a fabulous selection !
