This was unusual. My experience as a novice sheepdog herder is that trainers and farmers generally tend to be pretty friendly and helpful. Nola was strangely aggressive and judgmental when I talked with her about training methods.

I would recommend finding and vetting a trainer or judge from AHBA for a more positive experience. My negative experience is an exception; there are many great trainers out there.

Love this place. Take agility and Rally. Board my dog there. Must text owner before going, as hours are limited. I don't suggest dropping in as it is a private residence, as well.
