Second appointment with Megan, she's AMAZING!! We have 2 kitties, a chubby one who can't clean herself well and another long-haired cat. Prevoiusly we only had the chubby cat groomed because we wanted to test it out before we involved our more skidding cat. Chubby cat came back smelling so good and in the best mood, which was very surprising to us. This time, we scheduled back to back appointments for our cats. We brought the chubby one out to the van first (the van gets parked right outside!). Right away Megan let us know that she would not be able to groom the chubby cat due to her being very aggressive after a vet visit the previous day (bummer) but Megan was able to squeeze in another appointment for us before the New Year!! This was my long-haired cats first time ever getting groomed and I'm amazed! He is typically frightened by new people/things (even the cat brush) but loved Megan right away! He was definitely a little scared initially but the appointment went very well! I was nervous that he was going to run under the bed right after but he was so happy and playful!! He's been strutting around the house ever since! Definitely making this a regular thing for him!

If you have a cat that needs to be groomed, I definitely recommend Megan! She can be booked up to a month out so make your appointment soon!

Well it turned out great at the beginning but after over a year of service, turned into an issue as she on several times let me know she couldn't make it on the day, when I set time aside to be home...Marlene showed no loyalty to my dogs although I stayed with her.
I think she cancelled 5 mins before on our last appt due to the fact she didn't want to do large dogs anymore.
No loyalty in the end, that's what I get for being nice.

Edit to the reply: There was a lot more to it than that. There was one occasion that I had asked you not tie up the dog on the leash and you did that one time, to Clifford. You know what I'm referring too.
I was very upset.

And its more to do with your canceling, don't make it all about your back....excuses.
Several mornings I've been waiting for you to arrive and you arrive late. That's my time that's wasted. I wanted to let you go some time ago when I found another groomer but I showed loyalty.
That's what I get. A day wasted today!
Keep on with excuses, I'll let others make their own mind up. And you didn't choose not too, I let you go.
My poor two senior dogs, one nearly died in Jan, all I needed was someone to go the extra mile for an extra fee.
I despair of this generation.

And I have a bad back too but I still have to to my job of nursing.
