Wow the groomer Denise left me speechless when I saw my shihpoo Faith! For last 3 to 6yrs every single groomer did the whole opposite of what we'd ask for; my furbaby would end up looking like a white rat! Denise not only left her like a shihpoo is supposed to look the fact that she followed my hubby's request? WOW!!! Please stay forever there Denise!!! Ty so much ? I'm in Tx and told my hub I didn't wanna see her cut only snoopys her brother but then she passed by the camera and my jaw dropped ! I was in tears of joy! Ty so much Denise, look at the fluffiness!!!! And no length was cut off her ponytails!!!! Love it!

Jamie is the best and a wonderful addition to the Dirty Dogs Carmel Mountain grooming team! We have been going to Jamie for at least 2 years now and is the only groomer my pets are not afraid of! My pups are bathed and trimmed so nicely; I especially love it when my girl gets cute little bows. ? What really sets Jamie apart from other groomers is that she loves on and treats my babies like one of her own. Being a helicopter PAWrent (for good reason), I know and can trust Jamie with my fur babies. I just absolutely love how my babies are so happy to see her and enjoy watching them get all the love from Jamie during their visits. Thanks Jamie!

Quick, Easy, and affordable. Highly recommended the self wash if you have large dogs! Good quantity of shampoo, conditioner, towels, ear cleaner and swabs, all for like $24. Strong water pressure too which makes things easier. Parking can be pretty rough though.

I cannot say enough good things about Dirty Dogs Carmel Mountain Ranch and my dog’s amazing groomer, Kim!! She has been doing my dog’s haircuts since she was a puppy and I am so happy to have found her. My dog loves Kim so much and always looks absolutely perfect after each cut. Kim is an exceptional groomer-people always stop me when I’m out with my dog to take photos and ask where I get her groomed. THANK YOU KIM!!! You’re the best!

The groomers and staff here are so great, not just with pets but people! Went to a local groomer for years and then saw them yelling and screaming at distressed dogs in cages. Had to find new place. In a pinch, I’ll use self service because it’s easier than washing at home. I prefer the groomers to bathe and clean my dogs because they do a much better job!
Friendly service and can typically get my two dogs in together with no more than a days notice.

The staff here is super friendly and always willing to answer questions. They have large tubs where I can bathe both of my pups at the same time. It's super nice and convienent! They also clean up the mess!

Update: Klarissa did a great job on my fur baby. She looks so cute and smells so good! She received a cute collar to match her little dress. My old girl is around 13 years old it takes patience and skill to handle an older dog. Thank you Klarissa for making Ms. India look like a diva!

I went in person to set up a grooming appointment. A new associate named Maddie was so friendly and very welcoming.

Hopefully I will get her to assist me when I go back.

My fur baby goes in for her grooming next week. I will update you with a photo. So far five stars.

Never again. I've taken my dog there for years. I've never had a problem until today.

I took my dog in for a nail trim, easy process. I stuck around because I didn't know the tech and wanted to make sure everything went well.

I heard someone yell at a dog to "stop". I lean back and everything is good. I hear it again "Django, stop!" So I walk to the glass and look in. She's trimming his front paws, he doesn't like it and they know because he's been there for years. He pulls back and howls. She wraps her arm around him and slams his feet to the table 2 or three times. That's when I snap.

I yell at the guy in front to give me my dog back. I say she's treating him horribly. He grabs my dog and the lady doesn't even come out to apologize, because she knows she's been caught.

He tries to explain that the techs use the Dremel and dogs don't like it. I tell him that's BS, because we've been there multiple times and never had an issue.

Yes, my dog is 30lbs. Yes he's strong. That doesn't give you the right to slam him to the table and yell at him.

Don't ever touch someone's dog like that ever again.
