I can't recommend Blair enough as a dog trainer! From the moment we started working with him, it was clear that he has a true gift for understanding dogs and their behavior. His approach is calm, patient, and extremely effective. He takes the time to explain each step of the process and tailors his training to fit the individual needs of our dog, which has made a huge difference in our progress. Blair is incredibly knowledgeable and knows how to make even the most challenging behaviors seem manageable.

What really sets Blair apart is his ability to create lasting change. The results we've seen in our dog's behavior have been nothing short of amazing. Not only has our dog become more obedient, but his overall confidence and happiness have improved dramatically. Blair's training techniques are practical, easy to follow, and, most importantly, they work! If you're looking for a trainer who truly cares about your dog and wants to help you achieve real, positive results, Blair is the one to go to.

When I called Blair, I was at the end of my rope with my one year old pitbull rescue. We have had many dogs in the past.Tucker was not our first high-performance breed, but he was the first one that I seriously wondered if he could be trained to where he would fit in our family and we could keep him. I have never had crying breakdowns while trying to train a dog before, until tucker .Putting it simply Blair was our last resort.

My husband and I appreciate that Blair is patient but straightforward and he really understands dogs. He has helped us gain so much understanding and Insight to Tucker's specific personality type a needs.

This process has been a commitment, hard work and has taken a lot of dedication, but it paid off! We are still working with Tucker on some behavior modifications, but we love him and he’s going to be with us his whole life! I really did not know if I would be able to enjoy him. Now he quietly observes dogs as they walk past our back fence, he sits in his place when company arrives at our house. He no longer helps himself to anything on the kitchen counter. He stopped being aggressive to dogs on walks as well as our own dog, who is a mild mannered Labrador. She is happier now too and as I’m writing this review they’re playing in the backyard together. These are only a few changes but the biggest change of all is that my dog understands who’s in charge now.

He’s happier, calmer and affectionate. When I’m not home I miss him and I’m happy to see him when I’m home and it wasn’t like that before we worked with Blair. We recommend him highly and if you are looking for a legit trainer, you found him.
Thank you Blair

We spent the weekend with Blair while he worked with our 4 month old Husky and it was absolutely life changing. I’m not sure we would have been able to manage this very naughty, independent dog without him. He gave us the tools to communicate effectively with our dog and manage his behavior.

Before training with Blair:
-I was not confident with my dog
-My dog ran me
-My dog didn’t fetch, I would just have to keep throwing different balls
-I couldn’t go on car rides with my dog because he would constantly bark
-My dog only listened to his dad (my fiancé)

After the 3 weeks with Blair:
-He put my dog on a raw food diet and it cleared up his skin problems
-my dog rides in a car and stays in his crate with no barking
-my dog plays fetch
-I learned how to utilize the e collar to help w aggression and listening
-my dog does not pull me
-I have become a more confident dog owner
-I learned techniques to have people over while he is in the crate or backyard
-he doesn't lunge at dogs
-he teaches you to be calm but assertive and dominant
There is still work to do but Blair has been there 24/7 if we ever want to learn something new or work on something. Living in Shasta I thought it would be a one and done training since we live in Sacramento. Very untrue !! He comes down often and is always willing to meet with us. Our family has developed a lifelong friendship with Blair. Thank you for everything you’ve done and everything you continue to do. He is pricey but we would do it again. Well worth the money and time !!!!!!

I can’t say enough about how Blair helped us with our 18 month old cavalier king charles. Blair was super knowledgeable, patient, and always available for our calls. Bri walks on a loose leash, almost total recall-not quite there yet.. still on 30 foot loose leash, stays in place for long periods, doesnt react to other dogs, and goes to place when door bell rings, and much more. I would definitely use Blair again!

Its pretty simple. Blair knows what he's doing. My 1 year old Boston terrier was impossible on a leash, to the point where he was hurting himself. Everything was a game, and control was minimal. Blair showed me how to develop a loose lead walk, and how to build better sense of understanding and positive relationship with my dog through a structured program. You can tell he's been doing this for a while and has had plenty of success. If you're serious about changing your relationship with your dog for the better, talk to the man.

Our dog Eddie…. Scared of everything and everybody. He would bark and growl at my husband and son, only allowing me to get near him. He spent a lot of time hiding from people and never seemed to be happy, only wide eyed with fear. It was difficult to get a leash on him to go for a walk. This went on for months with very little progress. We have had dogs before but have never experienced such an insecure dog. We found Blair after doing some research and signed up for the virtual training. This worked so well for our family with convenient times for training. He also was accessible through text for everyday questions. We learned so much about dog behavior and changed our approach to Eddie. Blair stuck with us until Eddie started enjoying a dog’s life. He is still a nervous Nellie but now is excited to go on walks, spends most of his day happy and playing and even lets my husband pet him. He is still afraid of my son but no longer barks at him and actually will get near him. We continue to see progress. We cannot recommend Blair more. He knows what he is doing and helps educate you to understand your dog. We appreciated his casual funny approach as it fit in well with our family. If you are struggling with your dog contact Blair! Blair was, and continues to be incredibly helpful. Our dog was very much unwalkable after an accident with another dog. At this point we’re able to go off leash and play and ultimately live comfortably with our dog. Always worth it.
