Wags-n-Whiskers is phenomenal! They took excellent care of our cat, Leela, and provided thorough daily updates with adorable pictures and videos, including plenty of playtime and cuddle sessions. They were helpful, professional, and kind at every step, and we felt very comfortable leaving our kitty and home in their care. From our initial inquiry to our return home, Wags-n-Whiskers could not have made the process easier or more pleasant. Trusting someone with your pet’s care is daunting, but Wags-n-Whiskers made it a breeze. They definitely will be our first call for pet sitting in the future. Wags-n-Whiskers took care of my cat, Tangerine, while we were away, and they were wonderful! I received updates and photos during every visit. Tangerine is extremely shy, and hides from just about everybody. They made sure to sit with her during their visits to make her more comfortable, and she even came out of hiding a few times, which basically never happens if we’re not home. Wags-n-Whiskers was also very thorough with their intake form before watching Tangerine, and even scheduled a home visit so we could meet. I am so grateful that Tangerine was in good hands while we were gone and we’ll definitely be using Wags-n-Whiskers again!

We recently hired Wags-n-Whiskers to take care of our two cats while we were on vacation, and we had a wonderful experience working with them. They gave us detailed updates with photos and videos while we were gone, which we really appreciated. We could tell from the photos and videos that our cats were happy and well cared for. Our very shy cat, who never comes out for strangers, even made several appearances when they were visiting. This demonstrated to us that they really have an intuitive sense of how to interact with animals.

We also appreciated how organized, detail-oriented, and professional they were. They asked all the right questions to make sure they understood our cats’ personalities and how to best interact with and care for them. They followed every direction we gave them to a T. We also loved the app that they used to keep information about each of our cats. We felt more confident knowing they had all this important information at their fingertips.

We will definitely hire Wags-n-Whiskers again, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a loving and trustworthy pet sitter. We knew our cats were in great hands and felt completely at ease while we were away.

Wags-n-Whiskers did a wonderful job caring for our two kitties while we were traveling. They received excellent care including brushing, playing with toys, and treats. Even our most shy cat was very comfortable and came out of her house for brushing and petting. W-n-W also helped bring in our trash and mail, and ensured everything with our home was good. It was a pleasure having Wags-n-Whiskers take care of our cat while we were gone. Boarding our cat is not an option. It’s much too stressful on her. We arrived home to a happy, relaxed cat basking in the warm sun, and that’s the way it should be! Not only did Wags-n-Whiskers take the best care of our elderly cat, but they also brought in our mail and put our trash cans back in the garage. Caroline has cared for our cats several times and working with her is the absolute BEST!! She is extremely communicative, organized and professional. She lets us know ahead of time when she plans to stop by and sends tons of photos of the cats during her visits. It gives us so much piece of mind to know our cats are being cared for while we are out of town (and they really love Caroline, we think one of our cats may like her better than us!). Additionally, scheduling is extremely flexible which has been super helpful when last minute plans pop up and we need someone to check in on the cats.
