I called Shasta Valley Vet and my dog hadn't been seen since 2012 there so they won't even quote me a price. Every time I tried to get an appointment they were never in so I established my dog at a different vet. my opinion of 1 star is too good for them!

I had to put my dog down and the vet and staff were phenomenal. Allowed me to spend time crying with my little dog. Very kind wonderful people. Highly recommend.

My dog had an ear infection/imbedded seed, and the Dr was able to come in on a Friday to treat her. Great practice, nice people, very fair prices!

My Wife call them to trying to get a appointment for my Dog which as the last place we took him for shots but the lady said that they were not taking new client and then hung up very rudely

I was told that I am a new client and that the office is not taking new clients and then hung up on, even though I had brought my dog here to be examined & neutered as a puppy. Needing to have a possible injury examined/ X-rays now that he is 3yrs old.
I thought this was a good vet office for property/ farm dogs that don’t require a lot of vet visits- guess I was wrong…
