It's been such a joy working with Nicole at PupScouts Dog Training this year! I have a young golden retriever (now 2 years old) who gets excited easily in new environments and LOVES to pull. Nicole listened thoughtfully from our first phone conversation to ensure she understood my dog's and human's needs.

We started with the socialization package and each lesson has been so helpful. Nicole is always patient to explain all of the concepts during our training sessions. She observes carefully and her timing to reward/correct behavior is so critical. She cares deeply and wants to set me and my dog up for success to continue the skills on our own. Now I enjoy going on walks with my dog and know how to keep her engaged with me.

We just completed another set of lessons where we trained at a park and busy outdoor shopping center. With each lesson, my dog took less and less time to feel comfortable and stay engaged with me, which is a testament to Nicole's help. I look forward to doing more lessons with Nicole in the future!

Lastly, it's the little things, but they really add up and make Nicole so great. These include text reminders for lessons, welcome gift, and graduation celebration.

Working with Nicole has completely changed my Coco’s life. She was 5 when I adopted her, set in her stubborn and reactive ways but with a lot of patience and the right amount of love and discipline she is now calm and well mannered and gets to go EVERYWHERE with me.
Nicole communicates well, understands your dogs individual needs and teaches you how to be the best pup parent. You receive recordings of your session with comments which are incredibly valuable.

Choosing a trainer can be a trial and error process. But Nicole was the first trainer we contacted and it was the best decision we made. She is highly professional, personable, and great with dogs. Her dedication and passion to dog training shows in every session and helps us as dog parents learn quickly and efficiently. We started with Nicole when our puppy was only 8 weeks old and immediately he was highly responsive to her teaching methods and continues to be. If you’re looking for a dog trainer, stop looking. Nicole is it. She is so patient, so knowledgeable, so nice, and SO good at what she does. We took her basic obedience program to start and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for our dog AND me. On session 1, he was so timid and lacking confidence, and by session 4 he was more confident and happier than he’s ever been. Nicole takes the time to understand the dog/owners and their individual needs. The things she taught us have truly changed our life. Just one example - I couldn’t even bring out the vacuum from the closet without my dog panicking and going wild, and now he calmly sits in his place, no barking, no fear. Nicole taught us the importance of having boundaries for your dog; trust her, the dog actually likes rules!!! Most importantly, aside from being simply amazing at her job, Nicole is just so kind and understanding. I never felt judged as if I were a “bad” dog owner. She makes everyone so happy. We can’t wait to keep working with her and building more skills. Thank you times infinity Nicole!!!!

Being first-time dog owners, my family and I were pretty apprehensive when it came to raising our puppy. We scheduled the pupscout package after having a brief consultation with Nicole because we already knew when we would be getting our dog. I like how she made a sincere effort to get to know both my dog and I; this was really helpful during the training process. She is adored by my dog, who gets extremely excited whenever she visits for a session. Every session Nicole really goes above and beyond; she's a true dog whisperer! Whether you're a first-time dog owner or an experienced pet parent, I highly recommend her training abilities. Working with Nicole was the best decision we ever made for our five-month-old puppy, Juneau. We just finished the Basic Obedience training program, and wow! Nicole is so helpful in showing us various training techniques and so, so good with our puppy. She is so patient and thoughtful, and Juneau just loved her. Nicole is an amazing trainer and wonderful with my dog, Cody who is graduate from her PupScouts Dog Training. I’m a first time dog owner and I had no idea where to start training. I was fortunate to come across Nicole’s Tik Tok page and was really impressed with her techniques and knowledge. I knew she would be the right trainer for us! The sessions were amazing and we were able to use her techniques and expertise to teach us so much such as not jump on people, jump on furniture, learn bed/home, and most importantly leash training! I would then get videos of our sessions so that I can continue practicing with Cody. What I truly appreciate is how much Cody loved Nicole and had fun during their sessions! We truly appreciate all Nicole did for us and helping answer all of my questions. On our last day she gave Cody his certificate snd cutest bandana. Thank you so much!
