Been going here a while and overall they do well, but recently I went to drop off my dog at opening and apaprently about 20 others also had a 9am appt time. Didnt feel right and with the growing line behind me, made me think if they were going to sacrifice quality and care in order to get all the dogs groomed. I hope it was. A scheduling error and there werent more dogs that came in later on.

I brought my two frenchies here for the first time. They did such a great job! My dogs smell so good and clean! Their nails and ears look great! I’m so happy to find an affordable dog groomer who actually does an excellent job! The parking sucks…but it’s worth waiting for a spot or parking in the red real quick!

Would give 0 stars is I could I picked my up my dog not being able to walk for the past 2 days. He’s been shaking non stop and falling over whenever he walks. He is a older dog but he wasn’t this fragile before. I’m thinking they dropped him off a table or groomed him very roughly.

I don’t know if they changed their groomer a couple months ago or not. But they have become real lazy with the way they groom my dog

It is almost like they do %50 of the grooming the last 4 times I took my dog there.

They literally skipped her head, legs, paws and claws. Never even touched her head.

I specifically told them 4 different times that the claws are the most important as her claws were starting to get curved but they did not do anything about it although they said they would.

I have been going to this groomer for about 1.5 years but I have to find a different groomer as they got worse overtime

Dropped my dog off at 12pm and she was ready at 5:30pm!! I had to keep calling them and she wasn’t ready! And when she finally came home her left eye was closed and super red and full of boogers!!!! Her belly area is completely shaved when I just asked for a trim! This place needs to be closed asap

The front desk people are always rude. They don't do a good job with my dogs grooming. I pay extra for them to brush her teeth and they never do it. My dogs tail was all matted up after I picked her up. They are supposed to wash, cut hair, cut nails, and extract glands. They always forget to do something. I would go somewhere else. The price is low but u get what u pay for.

ATTENTION!!!! For those of you who value their time and understand the meaning of an appointment.

My 8 month old puppy had an appointment set today for 11:00am (mind you, I've been coming here for years) I called them at 11:40am to see what time my puppy would be ready since I know longer live in the area and 1: they haven't even started on him. 2: they mentioned additional 45-1 hour will be needed. 3: supposedly they were about to start on my puppy. My partner decided to swing by there around 1:30pm to find out my dog was UNTOUCHED. UNREAL. No courtesy call. Lack of organization. And 0 effort to try and fix the problem. If you don't care how long your puppy stays in a cage go ahead and come here. 2 1/2 hours and NO SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN. I hope this helps those looking for a dog grooming place to GO ELSE WHERE.
