Scott watched my bulldog, Hanks, for a long weekend and was awesome! He sent regular updates and photos so I had the latest on Hanks. Scott spent lots of extra time with him, went above and beyond. Scott and his team were very professional from the initial contact with him, home visit to understand our cat, and of course the pet sitting of Mustache. Melissa who looked after him, came to visit every day over a 3 week period. She provided text updates with his well being, photos and videos. You could tell when we returned home, that he had been very well looked after and loved. We thoroughly recommend Scott's services.

I can't recommend SD Pet Concierge enough! Scott and Dustin were so friendly and helpful with Annie. The first few months were especially tough trying to work full-time while making sure that she was taken care of, but they made my life so much easier. They were flexible with their schedules and it gave me peace of mind while at work knowing that my pup was in good hands!

I have used SD Pet Concierge a couple of times and they're the best! Very professional and they always have your pet's best interest at heart! Scott and his team cared so well for my cat that it certainly relives some guilt when I go away knowing he's in such good hands! We finally found a great caregiver for our dog, Snoopy! For a long time, we would try various kennels but Snoopy would hate being enclosed in a cage. We felt terrible until someone suggested we try SD Pet Concierge. Scott and one of his pet-sitters, Sydney, came to our house to meet Snoopy. Scott was very professional with his questions and spent the time to learn everything about our dog. During our week-long vacation Sydney stayed overnight with Snoopy and walked him in the morning and evening. She also came mid-day to let him out in the yard for a while. Her texts, pictures, and videos convinced me that Sydney took care of all Snoopy’s needs and wants while we were away. We have no doubt in recommending SD Pet Concierge!
