Karen saved the day! We wanted to go to the fair on a Sunday and needed a doggy day care for our little guy, but every place we called was closed. While Karen doesn't provide boarding services, she truly went above and beyond to help our family find a local person to watch our small dog. Her level of care for complete strangers was commendable. We are thankful for Wags Away. Karen and Adrian have taken care our large rescue dog on two separate occasions. They both did an amazing job, and our dog loves them. When we first adopted our dog, she had severe separation anxiety and she is very sensitive to new situations, so having the right person caring for her was our priority. Karen and Adrian were so patient with her, took their time to ensure our dog was comfortable when going out on walks, and took the best care of her. Every time they took her out, they sent an update with pictures and videos, and details about the walk. I could tell how much they care for her and how much our dog enjoyed being with them from the videos. I could not have asked for better care for our dog and am grateful to have found Wags Away.

Karen and her team are the best! My family and I were going on vacation and didn't want to board our 4mo old puppy. I liked the idea of an overnight dog-sitter and called Wags Away for more information. I spoke with Karen, she was in the middle of walking a dog and I will never forget how happy and pleasant she was on the phone. During our meet and greet Karen arrived on time and took her time getting know Kiki, she asked a lot of questions and answered any questions I had - I liked how detailed and thorough she was. Before our trip we met with Adrian and Tracia who were going to stay overnight, they were just as thorough and detailed and by the end of our meeting I felt confident Kiki would be well taken care of and remain on a similar schedule. While we were away Karen and Tracia were amazing and kept us up-to-date by sharing photos and videos. They even kept up with Kiki's training which was a total bonus. When we returned home our house was clean and tidy and best of all our puppy was happy. We greatly appreciated all the love and attention Karen and Tracia gave Kiki while we were away and will definitely use Wags Away in the future!!!

Karen and her team took wonderful care of our cats while we were away. Adrian went above and beyond and the whole team are AMAZING communicators, which is so helpful when you are away from your pets! We got daily pictures and videos and any questions we had about our home were answered. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Karen and Miku! From the moment meeting them at the meet and greet, I knew my cats would be in good hands. I was so impressed but the timely communication, all the pics I received during each visit they made, and the app sharing details of each visit. I am the biggest worrier when it comes to leaving my cats when I travel but my mind was eased once I saw how kind and conscientious they both were. They clearly love animals and are very good at what they do! Highly recommend Wags Away for your pet sitting needs!

I would highly recommend Wags Away based on the outstanding care that Karen and Miku provided to my two cats while I was out of town for more than a week over the Christmas holiday. What particularly impressed me was how helpful and detailed they were with everything starting at the meet and greet where they asked numerous questions about my cats and took extensive notes on exactly how I wanted them to be fed and taken care of. Also, to my surprise, they volunteered to feed my fish, take out my trash, check my mail and pick up more pet food if needed.

I also greatly appreciated the daily updates and pictures and videos of my cats while away. They even sent a few pictures of my fish! It was a great relief to know my cats were receiving excellent care and I did not need to worry about them while gone.

I absolutely will use their services again and highly recommend them as they go above and beyond.

Karen was a wonderful caregiver for my little terrier and her two “cousin” dogs. During a trip to Del Mar to attend my nephew’s wedding we asked Karen to watch our dogs for three consecutive evenings. She took amazing care of our fur babies and sent us hourly updates. What was even more remarkable was that our three pooches , who bark whenever someone comes to the door, didn’t make a peep! My only regret is that she is not available in San Francisco where we live.
